This was much more than I expected. I purchased this item at what I considered to be an inexpensive price and now I am happy that I got such a great deal. I know that everyone’s situation is different but this works for me.

OkThis is not at all what I thought it was going to be.....It is extremely GREATER than I could have ever imagined it to be....My work calls for me to stand for extended periods of time and to do activities that take a toll on my already pre-existing back issues...I have only had this mat for a few days and already I am able to move pain free and that was never happening before I started using it...It is like having a personal masseuse and chiropractor all in one!

Uncomfortable

Provides more stretching than massage, which is good. Not very good instruction as to the modes, so it took trial and error to see what they each did, but once I found one I liked, it was a relaxing experience.

I use this mat every day! It relaxes me and just makes me feel better all over.
