Make sure the timer is included
Straight swap out for failed fan. Quiet and worked well for 15 years. Replacement was missing the timer module part number72612601 Make sure you get this module if you want it timed. I had to use the old module

Item not as describex
This does not include a timer module despite the description of the item. Others have said the same, yet the description persists. Fan is good enough but useless without the module which is NOT included

Great product
Seems like a very decent fan., I bought this as it states it extracts far more air than any other on the market., it seems to work really well, i replaced an older failing fan with it so it was easy to instal. It’s fairly quiet but not loud enough to disturb anyone. I would definitely recommend this fan to anyone.

Did not receive all of the order.
The order was for fan and timer. Unfortunately there was no timer although I paid for it. The item was for a customer and a timer had to be purchased elsewhere!.

Check that the timer module is in the box!
Fan itself looks well made BUT on opening the box there was no timer module. So I thought oh cool is been pre fitted. No it hadn’t. No timer module! Double checked I’d ordered the right one and yes I had. Even had it written on the label on the box. Returned and won’t be ordering from Amazon again

Easy to install.
Replacement toilet extractor, costly but very good. Quiet. Prevents draughts by closing when timer shuts down. I Reccomend this product.
