These work great! They are small and still put out a lot of light! They work great in my bathroom and hallway at night! And the price is great for 4 lights. I’ll probably order another set for the garage.

I love these night, lights! Activated not by motion, but by the light in a room when the sun goes down the night lights come on. Nothing to the installation super easy because all you do is plug them in and leave them. No batteries, no recharging. The light temperature is absolutely perfect. It has a calming effect - I selected the amber colored light, and is not too bright, but for my vision and my needs just the perfect little bit of light for no one in the household to bump into footstool on their way from the bedroom to the kitchen for a snack! I can imagine you would only buy these once and there they are durable enough to last forever.

These are a great value for the money, and they light up areas very well. You get a lot of these lights for not a whole lot of money. They put out just the right amount of light, it’s easy on the eyes when you wake up in the middle of the night, and you can see everything you need to see when the lights are out.They’re photo cell operated, so they don’t use motion detection. They’re easy to use, you just plug them in. They fit well in electrical outlets, but due to the size you need to pay attention to how you plug them in- Otherwise they’ll block the other outlet. They work very well.With all of that being said, these feel pretty cheap in-hand. They look cheap. They’re not very attractive in-person. The edges of the moldings are jagged, and their fit and finish is a little sloppy. It’s fine if you’re just walking by, but if you really look at them, you’ll see a lot of defects. Just something to keep in mind if looks really matter to you.

NOT motion activated. Light sensing though. They are nice on the wall and not too bulky. You can plug in other things with it... not too bulky on the outlet. As far as I have noticed, they don't get hot. Just plug in and you're done.Why are you still reading this? It's a nice, cheap, night light. Get it.

The sensor works well on these lights, always turning the light on when the ambient light gets low enough, and off again when more light is present. At 50 lumens, these put out a nice bright white light that illuminates my hallways, bathrooms, and kitchen at night (most outdoor walkway lights are 50-80 lumens). They are small enough so that they don't block the second plug in the outlet. Most night lights that I've used were about 4 watts. I like that these are 0.5 Watt. I think that the estimate shown in the description of 7 hrs use each day = 0.7 kilowatt-hour (kWh) per year, is a bit low. But if these stay on for 12 hours a day, they still only use about 2 kWh per year, meaning all four lights that I use cost me about $1 per year in electricity. I would recommend these.
