This is a fantastic 80's themed fancy dress costume, to relive the heady days of the 80's and the shell suit invasion. Contained in the pack is the shell suit in a vibrant baby blue colour with pink and yellow stripes, plus a bum bag in the same vibrant colour scheme, sunglasses in yellow and wristband/headbands in bright yellow to set the fancy dress off perfectly.This is a very thin shell suit, but provided you look after it should last you for your parties or just lounging around, wishing it was the 80's again when times were not so complicated.You will need to hang this up for a while to get the creases out from the packaging as they are very pronounced, but should come out with (maybe iron on a very low heat, just in case, but be very careful).Overall, whilst its cheap and cheery, it looks great, fits great and should last you

I'm slightly disappointed with this costume, in that it is actually a costume. It really wouldn't have been too much more effort to make it into an actual shell suit (I did have two as a pre-teen boy in the 90s). This is made from a single layer of material whereas real shell suits had an internal lining making them a bit warmer to wear. Unfortunately even the pockets aren't real. I'd have been happier without the bundled accessories in turn for a bit better quality.Still, as a costume it does look good. I think shell suits have become a bit of a caricature of themselves as now you can only get them as costumes and they're always bright colours with exactly the same pattern whereas you did get more subtle ones in the 90s. Mind you, I suppose it's just like the cliché that everyone wore odd coloured neon legwarmers in the 80s. Not at all accurate but that's what we're left with.Size-wise, I tried and tried to measure myself for this before I ordered it. None of my measurements matched what the chart said so in the end I just guessed a medium would do, as I'm usually that size anyway, and it first perfectly. If it helps anyone, I'm 5'10 and my trousers measurement is 32/32.

The Exojoy 80s Shell Suit Costume is great fun for any fancy dress party. THe costume looks really cool, comes with a pile of accessories and doesn't cost a ridiculous price. The quality is on par with the price point, it's decent and will definitely last but it's not a suitable outfit on it's own, you will want to wear a base layer.All in though a great costume and a fair price.

The accessories are not bad either.The fabric is thin, but I would say it can easily last a few years without any problem.I would recommend it to anyone!

I'm a size 12-14 and ordered a size medium, which fit great with room to spare. Material is thin and shiny and not lined but is what I would expect from a fancy dress outfit. I liked the fact that all the accessories are included, so no added expense. Remember wearing similar tracksuits as a kid!
