An excellent value for money product. The linux based os is highly optimised and performs really well. 1080p and 4k videos looks excellent in this TV. This tv does well to compete against the more pricier tvs in the market. The one concern is the hardware quality, i cant say if it`ll last for a good 5-6 years, I just hope it does

If you want to have a terrible time in your life please buy the TV. It will ensure that the remote does not work plus the TV turns on automatically at night. Plus the customer service won’t show up and Mark the service complete. So have fun.

I bought 40 inch LED TV at 11250 (12500 - 10%) which is one of the lowest rates for such a TV. The TV was delivered in a properly packed box with no damage and was an open-box delivery whereby I was could inspect it for defects before accepting. The TV also comes with 18 months of warranty.Features:- There is enough connectivity options to connect practically any commonly used type of wired inputs. The TV has 2 USB ports, 2 HDMI ports, 1 LAN port, 1 Cable port, 1 Speaker/Headset jack, 1 Optical port (don't know what it connects) and 2 set of RCA cable connectors. I am using Jio STB with HDMI cable and it works perfectly.- It does not have bluetooth but has Wifi connectivity. It also has an app store and some pre-installed apps for browsing the internet. I don't use the TV to browse the internet and hence have not used the internet apps. So, I can't comment on their quality.- It can read USB drives and play music, videos, view pictures. One has to format the USB in NTFS/FAT32 file system as it does not read exfat file system. If your USB is not being read by the TV, just reformat it into the above file systems and it will work.- The video quality is at par with any of the expensive branded TVs. There is no need to pay 2-3 times the price.- The audio quality is good but the maximum volume is on the lower side. This is sufficient for watching in a home environment but for a large party hall one will need external speakers.- There are some good settings options like auto adjusting (normalisation) audio so that one does not need to keep changing the volume according to the loudness of the movie or channel. There are options to adjust the display setting like any other TV.- There is screencast option which I could not use either from my mobile or laptop as the TV was not detected despite being connected to the same wifi network.Overall, I purchased this TV mainly to connect with my Jio STB and USB drives. All the videos/photos are either watched via Jio STB or by downloading them on Pen drives and plugging into the TV. I do have concerns regarding the after sales service or longevity but considering the price point, this has been a value for money purchase so far. Even if the TV lasts for 5 years (typically a branded TV lasts 10 years) it would still be profitable.

Tv service not responding for warrenty claim.. Tv broke within a year .. I contacted service but not sending technian at house for service.. Its two weeks now since i complain.. I will file legal case with consumer protection... If not fix my issue

Don't buy this local brand,no service center is available there, waste product, I have booked service for 3 times but no response.
