The hardware store didn't carry the tips so I took my chances.The rubber tip fits perfectly, took less than 5 minutes to install and is a better quality than the original.Recommend them!

Chance for improvement
It's OK but... it comes with one size screw and the fixture it mounts in (my case) uses a different size. So I used the old one over.... probably wouldn't raise the cost much to have both sizes in the package.

Easy repair ... why didn't we order these sooner.
Many of the door at the church had worn out rubber grips. Easy repair, the hardest part was getting the old broken off hardened piece out to be able to screw in the repair part.
