It's very thick tape and elasticity
I used this instead of blue tac to put some decorations up...it sticks well but stretches and difficult to peel back off...Don't use on wall paper I've made a mess of mine...decorating soon...

Nifty piece of tape.
I have used it for multiple purposes. It's double sided and fairly strong on first contact.
