Good quality product purchased 3times but 1 piece not working

Great Product but No Memory Function
Everything is nice for this product, light is bright as it says and switched from cool to natural to warm white each toggle. The only thing I hate about it is that it does not have any memory function. So, everytime it turns off, next time it'll always turn on at Cool White, not at the last colour you used, which is not what I wanted and realised it after getting them fixed.

Build quality and brightness
Quility of lights very good , Colors are proper and brightness is very good doesn't feel strain on eyes under these lights. Installation is very easy. I hope they should launch this in 12 watt with 3 inch C Totally value for money
