Excellent tablet holder
Excellent tablet holder for the price. Well built, adjustable, fits Samsung A7 tablet. Expands to hold larger tablets. Mount clip is pretty stiff which is perfect as it holds well. Just works as expected. Mounts to the crib to keep baby occupy. Will buy again

Very strong
I got this to be able to add my tablet onto my treadmill. I needed something that would hold it up higher. It works really well and the clamp is strong. No complaints.

Does the job!
I wanted a phone hold to clamp on my lap desk and this fit the bill. Not too bulky, can be easily attached and removed. It seems to be sturdy. At first I thought my phone would not fit vertically, but it just about did. I have a thin case on, so without it it would probably fit less snug. That being said, it is doing what I wanted it to do for me. It is probably not the most sophisticated solution, but for the price definitely ok. Once setup, I had no issues with it at all.

Long-term review (1+ year). Best gooseneck I’ve owned so far. What are these other people reviewing?
I don’t normally write reviews so sorry if the structure of this review seems all over the place. I’ve read some of the bad reviews of people saying that any part of this stand has weak resistance whether it be the clip, the gooseneck, or the ball joint and let me tell you that is all cap. Either they’re lying or they bought something else cause let me tell you this thing is STRONG. And I mean strong strong like, if you have weak hands then you might wanna get something else.Device Clamp/Cradle:The cradle that holds the device is adjustable in a couple ways. It is spring loaded , so basically you pull it apart, throw your device in and let it clamp down to hold it in place. It has foam on the inside of both sides so your device is protected. For larger devices, you can widen it even more. There is a button on the back you can hold down and pull one end of the clamp to widen it from about ~4 inches all the way to like 6-7 inches. Fully extended it’s about ~9 inches wide. Also the Bolton part of the clamp can be widened from about an inch to about 3 inches. (Sorry for all the “abouts” lol I don’t have a tape measure).Gooseneck: I use for an iPhone Pro Max (any phone will fit) and a Lenovo Tab P11+ which is not exactly a light tablet. 11 inch tablet and It weighs 1.08 lbs (490 grams) and this stand could easily hold more, probably another 1/2 lb or so before it will start to sag a little ( by the way this is with the neck almost sticking out almost completely horizontally). I’d say it can safely hold the 12.9in iPad Pro (hell maybe even the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra but don’t quote me on that).Table Clamp:Now for the clip, I literally have to use two hands to clip it to a table that’s about 3/4in thick, and once it’s in place, it ain’t moving after that unless you force it thanks to the nice grippy rubber feet on the inside of the clip.Ball Joint:Now for the ball joint. It rotates 360 degrees and can swivel about 45 degrees in any direction. Now here is where a lot of reviews seem to have overlooked, the resistance is adjustable. There is a screw around it that you can tighten to lock the position in place, or loosen so you can move it more freely. It amazes me how LLC many people missed this. Conclusion:Hands down best adjustable gooseneck stand I’ve owned. I’ve had some of the cheaper $10 ones that hold absolutely no position with a feather attached to it. That’s why your paying a little bit more for this (I paid about $35, at time of writing it’s down to $28), it has good construction (thick plastics, tight springs, good rubber etc.) I’ve used it almost everyday for over a year now and it still works like it’s brand new so take it from a long term user. This is definitely worth the money and by far one of the more quality goosenecks on the market.

Just okay
Because it needs to be very stiff it is hard for seniors to manipulate. Once in place it is very functional. I found the arm a little too short. An extra 6" to 8" would be preferred.

Perfect. Great product!
This is my second purchase of this gooseneck. My first purchase was 14 years ago. It took 14 years for it to fall apart, and that’s what I call a great product. The newer one is constructed a bit differently. Attachment and assembly is slightly different. Even better. It’s well-made and sells for a great price. I use it on a vibration plate, where I can watch movies on my iPad mini. Think about it. On a vibration plate. And it’s so sturdy and solid. It doesn’t shake around. Just perfect.

Sturdy and perfect for the job
Exactly what I was looking for. I have a upcoming class to go to and some people will be working in the kitchen. The head chef can’t make it so she’ll be on Zoom giving everyone instructions on what to do. My friend was going to bring her laptop to do this, but then we would have a laptop plugged in an on the counter in the kitchen while we are cooking/cleaning. I suggested my iPad because it’s much smaller and was looking for a clip stand so I could clip it a cupboard or shelf in the kitchen. It would be up out of the way and also make it so she can see what we are working on. I have a clip stand with a long gooseneck, but it’s not sturdy at all. It bends under the weight of even just my phone and it wiggles a lot. So I decided to try this one because it’s shorter and hopefully sturdier. So far, I’m loving it. It works perfectly. I clipped it to a cub board shelf in my kitchen and it held up just the way I wanted it too and I felt the clip was plenty strong enough that it won’t fall. Yes it sways a little bit when you tap on it, but not that much and for what we are using it for, we won’t be touching it much at all.

Useless, droops
This unit is useless. It will not hold my tablet. I put it in and the goose neck droops to the point I'm looking at the top or back of my tablet. The holder that screws on to the gooseneck slides too. I have a Galaxy A9+ w/ case on it. It's like its too heavy for it or something. Made for super light weight tablets, apparently. The clamp is useless too. It's designed, apparently, to be be attached to round, large, pole-like objects, not something flat. Most of the clamp doesn't touch flat surfaces so it slides and droops too. The clamp slides/droops, the gooseneck droops, the plastic screw clamp slides so it droops. Useless product. Made only for super light phones or smaller tablets apparently. Hate it.

Good hold & good quality.
Great clamp. This is my second. The main clip is the most secure I’ve seen and the device end has great adjustability. Very little “bounce” on the neck when pressing the screen. The ball joint holds firmly. Nothing cheap about this unit. Strongly recommend.

Ergonomic, sturdy and reliable
I purchased this to hold my son's Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6 inch tablet. The tablet has a protective cover and even with the protective cover it still grips it pretty securely. As a health professional I do not like the idea that people keep their heads down/necks bent when using mobile devices. I was looking for an ergonomic solution to this issue. My son uses the tablet with a blue tooth mouse placed on a book that rests on his lap thus keeping his shoulders in a relaxed position and the holder clipped to the back of a chair in front of him allowing him to keep his head straight. See a picture with a toy for set up.

Great item
Supports 10 inch tablet without it moving so can use when mounted. Delivery was very quick. I am very pleased with seller and item.
