Not a big book fan, but I've learned a tremendous amount from this book.

An author that actually knows how to write !
After taking my last refrigeration class, I was really disgusted with the book we used,"Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, 5E by Bill Whitman". Even though there is alot of good material in that book, some things just aren't explained well enough. And then I got this book for my heat pump class and started reading through it, and I was truly amazed at how well Eugene Silberstein explained the basic principles of air conditioning in the chapters prior to heat pumps, which starts in chapter 8. I just wish all textbooks were written this well !
