Works great with my Singer Heavy Duty sewing machine.

I bought a second hand sewing machine with no cord or pedal. I connected the new cord and presto works like it should. My wife has yet to sew with it, but i am confident it is ready to go with this new foot pedal & cord. Everything seems to be performing as it should at this point. On time delivery, satisfactory product, very reasonable price.

The foot pedal that came with my sewing machine has a foot pedal cord that was about 4 inches too short for my desk height, as I am a 6 ft tall man with back problems and not a little old lady I have my sewing machine raised up to help prevent me from hunching over. I bought this so I could take the cord and solder the wires together to make a longer cord. but as it turns out this one has a 6 inch longer cord so I am just going to use this and I don't need to jury-rig a cord together! Thank you YICBOR!

The media could not be loaded.  I didn't get an opportunity to try this out before the return window closed so I'm so disappointed. The pedal works and powers the machine but you have to be holding the plug into the port on the sewing machine in order for it to get power.5/19 I was so irritated at the waste of money I had to find a way to make it work. I managed to carefully wrap different layers of tape around the port in order to get this to work. If you have this issue you can fix it with a very small pair of scissors, a razor blade, tape and something super small to jam the tape between the rounded edges on the closest parts before it sticks to itself. I used the tip of the scissors and tooth pic and pointed tweezers. Good luck!

Works fine for a Singer 44s machine. Almost identical to the one supplied by Singer. Note that when in stock Singer sells it for less than was offered through Amazon (at least at the time of this review).

My sewing machine has been unused for almost 3 years now because I simply couldn’t afford the ~$90 Singer wanted to replace my original foot pedal after it was ruined in my basement flooding. Took a chance on this one as the other one (it is like $13?) hd very mixed answers on if it could fit my Singer 2263. It does and it works perfectly. I repaired my mom’s work pants tonight and almost cried I was so happy to have it working again. Works like a dream so far.

I bought my daughter her Sewing Machine 12 years ago and she has moved it 4 times. I was visiting her recently and she asked me to make Halloween costumes; then I discovered she had lost the foot pedal and power cord. After some research I found this would work for her machine. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive, partly due to the remoteness of her home (Alaska); but it was worth the wait. It works perfectly!
