This was just too large for me so I couldn’t get compression or support. I wear shoe size 8.5 if that matters and my ankles are rather small.

I love this product

In the past, whenever I would go to a walking event, I would use athletic tape to wrap my heel. This, of course, gets costly and messy. This item is the perfect solution! It supports my heel, while also blending into my footwear. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is the longevity. If you wear it every day, you're looking at about 5-6 weeks before the seams start tearing. I work an office job, so that timeframe might be shorter for more active walkers. Luckily, this item is very reasonably priced, so I'm not too torn up about replacing it.

I get heel spurs a lot because I'm standing on concrete floors for 10 hrs a day. I know the insoles for plantar fasciitis work pretty good so I decided to try these. NOPE! This is just like putting on a sock. There is no padding for the heel at all, even though it looks like there is. These are basically good for keeping a band-aide on from where your shoes rubs against your heel. Looks like I'll be going back to the insoles.

Bought these hoping it’d help. I can honestly say they make my feet hurt worse then if I weren’t wearing them. The only time they feel fine is if I’m relaxing with my feet up. Otherwise if you plan on wearing them with shoes, I don’t recommend it. The more you walk with them on, the more you can feel the end seam on the bottom of your foot. I even tried putting these on the other way, and while it covered less of the bottom of your foot, it still was uncomfortable. It did however feel a tad more comfortable by the ankles. Bottom line, unless you plan on wearing them while your feet are up, I would just buy spend the extra money on better ones or even better shoes.

I purchased these to cover a sore on my foot while we were on the water boating. Band-Aids just kept falling off and this worked perfect to help keep them on and cover/hide my heel. no this is not the intended use but I did want to leave a review because they fit my heel perfectly and were very comfortable and stayed on.

These are good for walking around in the house to support your heal.
