Disappointed Experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I used the product for just one hour in the office, then it immediately started making a loud noise that disturbed everyone around. Shortly after, it completely stopped working!!! no heat and not even the fan was functioning. Very disappointing.

Not good at all, It’s doesn’t not work as it should and smoke come out of it !!

I was really disappointed with this purchase. The product I received did not look new — it had signs of previous use, which is unacceptable for something sold as "new." To make matters worse, it didn’t even heat up as it’s supposed to. Clearly defective. I expected better quality control. Will be requesting a return/refund.
