Fry Pan
This is a pan that my non-cooking husband has not been able to kill - yet. He does keep trying. Still washes clean and holds it's non-stick surface.Has held up for over 2 years which is great considering the pan and the price.

Recommended after 22 months of frequent use
I recommend this pan without reservation and I'm not the kind of person to do so gratuitously. The ceramic coated surfaces still look new even though we use it frequently (3-5 times/week). This is by far the best "non-stick" frying pan we've had and we've been buying/trying them for 30 years without endorsing one until now. Truth is, I've enjoyed using this pan since day 1, but I wanted to use it for an extended period before commenting.I will say I'm not a "non-stick" purist, I always use a little oil or butter to fry and I've learned to allow foods to fry long enough to"release" from the pan before moving/flipping them. The pan's thick bottom distributes heat well and it worked great again (this morning) when I fried 6 eggs at one time with a sliver of butter (1/3 of a pat) melted & brushed across the bottom and up on the sides. We typically use silicone or non-metallic utensils in this pan, but it stands up to metal utensils as long as one uses them gently and doesn't "dig in" with them. I don't hesitate to use a metal fork to flip/stir foods (chops, bacon, home-fries, etc.)Absolutely simple & fast cleanup with soap & hot water. I have several 12" lids that work great on this pan.I've had great success with Amazon Warehouse Deals - If I were to buy another, I'd buy the one there priced at $39.65

WET HANDS? Do NOT grab/hold this skillet
This skillet does everything I expected for cooking. NO problem there--and NO sticking IF you use a spray-oil on the dry, to be heated surface. Yes, eggs will stick without the spray! However, the handle is another issue altogether! IF your hands are wet, albeit sweating, washing/rinsing in the sink, DO NOT attempt to lift/hold this handle with any weight/food in the skillet. Gripping power in my hand is reasonably strong; nevertheless, the polished metal handle acts as though water on my hands renders my gripping power useless--like having sprayed the handle with grease--if hands are wet. Hence, use hot-pads--not for heat, for gripping.

Don't waste your money
I loved this pan at first. It seemed to work so well. After 1 month of daily usage however, this pan refuses to work now. I can't make even the most basic things such as pancakes because everything sticks to it like a magnet. I don't know what to do! I am very interested to see all these positive reviewer's review on this pan after 1~2 months of active usage. Does it still work well???It's a very expensive pan so I took care of it really well. I never scrubbed it, always used luke warm water to wash things off, and season with oil after every wash. It's really disappointing to have an expensive pan stop working on you after 1 month. I can't even return this thing because it has been over one month. My money was completely wasted.

Good for a few months
This pan was awesome for about 3-4 months. Now I’m considering throwing it away because I spend more time cleaning it than cooking on it. For reference, I’ve hand cleaned this with dawn after every use. No matter how much a I spray it, everything sticks to it.

Very good ceramic pan, probably the best you'll find under $100
Great pan, very high quality. I wish it wasn't raise in the center and was instead flat. Makes it impossible to cook eggs, even on a level stove, without them seeping to the edge of the pan. Everything else cooks great. Oil mostly stays where you put it as well. It just isn't a good egg pan. Even with egg holder rings, they will seep out, because only 2/3 of the bottom surface diameter is flat and falls off toward the edges, so the rings simply can't seal.I'm sure they did this to increase heat distribution consistency, but that doesn't seem to be all that great either, as things in the center brown before things toward the edge, even on a large burner. So why 4 stars you ask? Because of all the non-stick pans I've had, Teflon to enamel to ceramic, this is the best coating I've ever seen. The pan itself is clearly a budget pan, but the coating is exceptionally high quality, something I'd expect to find on a $200-$300 pan. It doesn't scratch, chip or flake. It doesn't react to acids or certain foods that have utterly destroyed previous pan coatings (I'm looking at you onions) and it's comically easy to clean. I've cooked just about everything you can for breakfast on this thing and it's a rinse and wipe affair to clean it. Salmon skin stuck to the bottom from searing? The silicon spatula and water was all I needed to scrape it off. I've only had it 6-9 months or so, but that's already longer than every ceramic pan I've had before it lasted...they all lost this non-stick property. And even Teflon Professional coatings flake off on me, and that stuff is just scary. I don't want pieces of my cookware in my food, unless its cast iron which actually breaks down in the body.

Great pan
Excellent non stick ceramic pan and is heavy enough to heat evenly unlike lighter weight pans.
