I'll begin by apologizing that my photos do cannot do this bag justice -- and I tried on three separate dates to capture how dignified, sturdy, and attractive it is. This is one of those rare occasions when I can say the advertised images bear a strong resemblance to reality. Here is a summary of its myriad qualities that I appreciate or think should be known:-There are several compartments (which I believe I captured in my photos):1) The main compartment is spacious, designed to have a lot of things stuffed into it. Inside the compartment there is a padded slot for holding a laptop, which does a great job protecting my throw-in-the-bag-and-go Chromebook.2) Next to the main compartment there is a secondary compartment. It is not as spacious as the main, but it does have several open slots for more classical briefcase type stuff (pens, pad, etc.), as well as two zippered pockets, one on either side.3) On one side of the bag there is a zippered slot which is appropriate for most tablets.4) on the other side of the bag there is a a wide strip of fabric which has a slim pocket in it (for storing your passport), and if you pull the fabric out there is a space between it and the rest of the bag through which you can slide the handle of your check-in luggage bag, enabling you to just pile this on top and roll the both along. (If my description is not clear, check the product information page -- they have an image depicting this usage).-The bag is sized suitable to be used as your carry-on luggage.-The leather-wrapped handles are a nice touch -- so much less abrasive than nylon straps.-All of the materials used in the construction of this bag feel and look to be of good quality-Because the interior of the bag is of dark, slightly-reflective fabric, it can be easy not to know where all of the pockets are -- which can lead to "losing" items, even though they're right there (don't ask -- just trust me)-The matching, included toiletry bag is a really nice touch. While my personal lotions-and-potions routine requires a bit more space, this little bag is actually ideal if you want to throw a toothbrush and some toothpaste, a razor & shaving cream, and a few other items into your duffel bag for an impromptu trip or eventOverall, I am delighted by this duffel bag, and would highly recommend it to others (I have actually already done so).

This is an absolutely beautiful duffle bag that my photos just don't do justice. Mine is a gorgeous army green canvas (not as brown as what it seems in my pictures) and has so many thoughtful design features that make it so practical and useful! It is really very well thought out.Compartments -- there is so much storage room in this bag:-small to medium sized zipper pocket on the front panel of bag-full-sized computer compartment -- has a full zipper that unzips 270 degrees allowing the whole front of the bag to open and be flat for full access to the inside; inside this compartment there is another large zipper pocket, several insert slip pockets and pen pockets.-main full-sized compartment -- see details below for excellent design features; this compartment also has a padded tablet/computer pocket with a velcro strap closure as well; it has a HUGE capacity for items (really impressive).-wide "trolley" strap on the back (to slide over extended luggage handle) that also includes a zipper pocket (cell phone size)Besides all of the beautiful exterior design and all of the great interior pockets and compartments for organization and the great capacity, the design of the main compartment is really where this bag excels. It has a wide, flat bottom that stays open and flat on its own. This makes placing folded clothes in the bag and keeping them ordered and organized no problem at all. The zipper (with 2 pulls) on the main compartment also opens all the way from the top to the bottom of the bag (270 degrees) to fully open and then the insides of the compartment have fan-folded material on either side than can open and expand -- allowing the bag to open wide enough and stand on its own in a way that makes packing and organizing clothing easy and allows so much light in so that you can actually see what is in the bag. It makes the large space much more useful than just packing everything in dark hole of a bag.The entire exterior of the bag has a very high-quality feel and look. I really love the canvas material and the lovely color. The appearance of the material to me has an old fashioned, rugged appeal. The handles and accents appear to be leather and there is brass detailing and leather zipper pulls. It also comes with a nice adjustable (and fully removable) shoulder strap and a small toiletry bag of the same material. Add in the excellent capacity this bag has, all of the pockets for organization and his bag really is all they describe it to be and more and I cannot speak highly enough of it. For personal use or as a gift, this is an excellent travel accessory!

I got this for my son as he is a tween and has outgrown him spiderman suitcase! However, as soon as it arrived I claimed it for mine! It is a very handsome bag, has great space. I have now used it three times for long weekends. I have packed it full for 4 days of heavy winter clothes. The zipper has never seemed strained, and even with it stuffed, the outside pocket zippers and capacity do not seem compromised. The straps are very comfortable and make the bag feel feather weight even when stuffed. A great buy!! I guess the web slinger will hang on a little longer.

I didn't expect much from this, but I have been pleasantly surprised. It's a roomy bag with a lot of compartments and pockets -- perfect for a weekend trip. Seems VERY durable, which is important for weekend luggage.I already have a shaving kit, so I didn't need that, but I gave it to my son who will HOPEFULLY remember it when we travel next. It's also pretty rugged, with plenty of room inside.I am impressed with this duffel, especially at this price. Recommended.
