Brilliant. I have really high arches, I get bad shin splint as I'm a fat lad who hates running. So I had to buy some seriously padded (duffer) running shoes (Hoka Ones) and even then bad shin splints. Got these.... wow. What a difference. 95% improvement. Unreal, hardly any pain. Brought myself another pair for my work shoes. If they go well I'll buy enough for all my pairs. At £7 it's a bargain.They lose one star as the picture shows guide lines for cutting. There are none. Not a biggy. Used my other insoles as a guide. Bit of a faff. It for £7 it was worth a punt and the donkey came in. Well chuffed.

I can finally walk in a straight line!I have flat feet, which started to give me serious issues with plantar fascia, painful knees, socket joints and my feet started turning inwards. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I was very skeptical as they looked and felt light and flimsy....how wrong was I!The first day was a walk in the park, and I didn't really notice any difference. But the next day my feet felt like they'd had a workout! The next two days after that, my feet were in agony when I wore them, but it was a 'Good' pain! The sort of pain that lets you know, they're doing good! The ache in my knees and joints, disappeared, and my feet no longer turned inward! I could walk straight without teetering, and I could walk faster! By the forth day, the pain in my arches were all but gone, and there was a noticeable bridge in my arches in less than a week! I will be buying about four more pairs to wear inside different shoes, so I don't have to keep chopping and changing!

These generally fit as expected and are comfortable. Not too high in the arch and firm but not uncomfortable. I found them just a tad tight even with removing the soles of my normal size shoes so worth considering a half size larger shoe even if the soles can be removed when using these. I have ordered a few more now and they have generally reduced my plantar fasciitis mostly

well they are a little narrow but do help (better than without) they may not be the right ones for me and I do find the high arch is too high. they do seem to take up room in the footwear and certain trainers I can't use them in because of this. It makes the back of the trainer too low. but they are value for money quality wise and certainly not a complete waste and at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Having tried several different shoe supports I bought the first of these some 5 weeks ago and,very quickly realised that my main problem had been lack of arch support which these gave and, even after a 3 or 4 miles walk my feet are by no means as sore as before. I now have these in all my shoes & boots and would recommend them to anyone whose feet ache or feel sore after a good walk.

On the positive side, this has a nice firm support to the arch and is comfortable under foot. On the negative side, it is quite thick, so you need a pair of shoes or boots that are too big or at least very roomy. I was going to use these in flat winter boots, but they take up so much room that my feet are squashed in them. Fortunately, I've found a pair of skater shoes in my wardrobe with removable insoles, so I've just swapped them out with these. And they feel so much better under my high-arched feet.

These insoles are great. I had to cut them to size as per the markings on the under sole for my size boots. Exact fit in boots. Firm foot sole and instep is in exactly the right place. Very comfortable. Had to buy as new boots were far too roomy. These insoles took up the slack just right.

My feet have a high arch and have been aching for a few weeks, so after speaking to a few other friends about this I did a search on Amazon and this product was displayed, the delivery was very fast and there are clear markings for shoe size so can be easily cut down to suit.Have to say I was a bit skeptical about these insoles working but I have to say they do work remarkably well.I'm thinking of buying a few other pairs now that I know that they soothe my aching feet. Highly recommended.
