I ended up getting this for free after buying a 12v charger, so I had no idea how good this was gonna be. Surprisingly, this is extremely well made with a large range adjustments. The magnet is strong and the adjustable pieces are stout. If I hadn't got it for free, after using it, I almost feel bad for not having to pay for it.Highly recommended if you don't want something mounted to your windshield or deal with adhesive.

Bought these things for years...this is the first one that works as advertised and easy to swap out to another car. Gets the job done.

Complicated to install. I was unsuccessful in getting this to mount on my Mini Cooper air vents. Sad face.

I have been looking for support for several months for my BMW X7. This is without a doubt the best I've ever tested. I advise the purchase.

Baseus for Magsafe Car Mount, Magpro Car Phone Holder, Magnetic Car Vent Mount for iPhone 15 14 13 12 Pro Plus MaxI ordered the Baseus for Magsafe Car Mount, Magpro Car Phone Holder for our 2017 Subaru Forester and my wife’s iPhone 13 Pro, because that is the only one our our vehicles that does not have GPS mapping, but that is our only vehicle that has a 2” Receiver Hitch for towing - of which I do tow with and sometimes require GPS mapping but it is illegal to hold any device in your hand while driving in Hawaii. I was however hoping it would also work for my iPhone 12 Mini, which to my delight it does, even with my iPhone being in a hard case. I should point out that the magnet is strong but with the hard case, does not hold my iPhone 12 Mini as well as some other Buyers claiming a REALLY STRONG hold on their cell phones.The ability to fine tune the angle due to the 360 degree feature is very nice because its irritating when a device is crooked when trying to glance at it while driving. Is also nice that you have vertical height adjustment of about 2”s.I do think the tail hook design finally addresses the problem with many similar vent mount designs, which is that the mount is held on with plastic clips that sometimes pop out (has happened to me with my Garmin NUVI on numerous occasions). I am however concerned that push come to shove, the metal tail hook being stronger then the plastic vent louvers, if/when you slam on your brakes and gravity kicks in, the vent louvers might break.The Magsafe Car Mount arrived in a really nice Retail Packaging, has a vacuum formed shell that protects the Mount during shipping. Also has two magnetic rings for cell phones that are not Magsafe capable, even came with the alcohol pad to clean the surface before sticking on the magnetic ring. Kind of disappointing that there is absolutely NO instructions, just some silly stickers. But after playing with it for a couple minutes you’ll kind of understand how to install it.Fit and finish is very nice, not sure if it is powder coated but very nice. No sharp edges or burrs anywhere, everything is nice and tight, tail hook spring has good strength, ratcheting knob is precise, could use a little more padding where contact is made with vent louvers.I’m happy that I ordered this mount, would order it again.

The "hook extension" used to secure this to an air vent was long enough to secure some of my cars (Kia Telluride, Chevy Silverado, Honda Prelude), but not the other (Mini Cooper). I wish it extended a little longer. Seems to be a good design that would accommodate multiple vehicles if they just made the metal hook a little longer.

Unfortunately it didnot fit my car vents( Toyota), kept falling out.I returned it
