I used to use a watch to track my fertility factors like BBT, CM, Sleep, etc. and the strap kept breaking or it was cause my wrist to breakout. I found the Femometer ring and it has been perfect and better than expected. The battery last for days, it doesn’t bother me while I’m sleepy. It’s sturdy and easy to take on and off, and it’s cute. Also, it was less than half the price of the watch I used before. Great value for small an item to give me even better performance.

Do not rely on this to tell you when you are ovulating. It doesn’t work. It tracks temp but not basal body temp. I use it to track my sleep tho and it works well for that.

Unfortunately, my ring stopped working within a couple weeks of use. It does come with a lifetime membership of the Femometer app which is useful. I realize you can also use the app with the latest Apple Watches since they measure your wrist temperature each morning.

I had an issue with the base and I contacted the manufacturer. They responded very quickly and did not hesitate to help me. Needless to say the customer service is amazing and the product itself works great! Can’t wait to start using it again.

Ring works well but for the price you may as well just buy a cheap thermometer. I was hopeful for more insights surrounding my cycle but this ring just wasn’t it. This ring focused on sleep cycles more than anything and you’re still expected to track cervical mucus, Lh tests etc. it’s also very bulky. I was hoping for something I could wear all day everyday

The only reason I bought this, was to take my temperature for me so I didn’t have to do the whole rigamarole myself first thing in the morning. It doesn’t ever read my temp. The ring is synced, it tracks sleeping so I know it’s connected to the app. But it never outputs a temperature. So stupid. And what a waste of a cycle when a was depending on it.

I have used a BBT thermometer for many years (specifically the femometer vinca by the same brand) to track my cycle and for pregnancy (both to get pregnant and to avoid it). I decided to give the ring a try as it sounded like a nice alternative to remembering first thing to take the temp (and it can take a few minutes with a traditional thermometer).Pros: it connected easily with the app, fit true to size, and seemed accurate compared to my thermometerCons: a little bulky and that took some getting used toUltimately I would recommend it with the greatest benefit of additional information of temps through the night for greater accuracy and for me it's easier to rememberEdit: everything worked well for a few weeks, then it stopped uploading temperatures despite syncing and tracking hours slept. Needless to say, I don't use it anymore.
