Ordered as a back up to existing cameras, for the money it's a brilliant bit of kit, easy to set up, hardwired or WiFi, mains power, good picture, excellent zoom, 360 rotation & 90 tilt, AI detection and tracking, added a big memory card and linked to cloud. For the money I can't fault it.

This rotating security camera is very clear and images are perfect. Only down fall was it knocked out all our Google devices we had to set everything back up.it was very strange but good camera.

Bought this to replace old camera. Great camera easy to mount and set up via app. Before linking to your Alexa device you need to go to the camera, settings and change the encoding format to H.264 and the resolution to 1080p (see image). This will allow you to see the video on your Alexa show. If not it will fail to load the live image. Acts like a security light as well when a person is detected to give a colour image rather than bw which is good feature. SD card is a bit temperamental as on power up it wants to format it each time

Update,6/4/24 , camera has now stopped working altogether, very disappointed with this camera, can not recommend only lasted for 5 months,Looks well made, But am disappointed that it will not stop connected to Alexa,Does not always track, and is far to sensitve,even on the lowest setting,rain and wind,set it off,all the time. Screws size, supplied with fittings, head is to small to hold it firmly to wall,had to purchase larger headed ones,to fix problem, Do not recommend Update,09/02/25 now 15months old, and now it has stopped working altogether, there is nothing happening with it, Looks like more trash for the bin

I ordered two of these cameras in April 2024 and only got round to installing them about six months ago. One of them suddenly stopped working and I couldn't get the camera to connect to WiFi. I contacted Tenda's customer service. Silva responded and was very helpful. Within a week I had received a brand new camera. Customer service was excellent.

Very easy to setup. When connected to WiFi camera picks up all motion and alert is sent to device to notify you. Great product, very well priced.

Nice camera easy set up the only thing that let's it down is that rain triggers the Alarm status and sends notifications even on Human detection setting other than that works fine

Bought this after returning a similar camera which was useless. I was hoping this would be better. I have other Tenda products which are great and this didn’t disappoint. Connected and worked really easily. Great pictures and easy to use.
