Sturdy and can hold a lot of liquid, when full tends to be a bit heavy. Keeps the temperature well.

Is it really 450 ml???
Disappointing. It says 16 oz and 450 ml. It is just 450 ml to the brim, at which point it is impossible to carry withiut spilling*. The realsistic usage...drinking...volume is about 370 ml. Otherwise it seems good...a bit heavier than it might be but OK. The handle is very good. *I've had a lot of practice carrying full glasses...I'm quite good at it, at least to begin with!
