Update: So grateful for their Great customer service. They reached out and gladly sent out another one and this one works perfectly fine and I am in love with this product! It works amazing!!Once I received this product, I charged it for hours (even all night). The product never worked and I missed my window to return so now I'm stuck with a product I can't even use.

My only critique of this product is that I wish the head tilted at a third angle. You can use it straight, it angles at 180 degrees at a right angle, and it angles at around 30 degrees. I wish it had an angle somewhere in between for cleaning floors and holding more comfortably. But it works well. I have not yet used it for showers/bath, but it has done a decent job at tile grout.

I’ve purchased two of these previously from another online shopping store, both stopped charging fairly quickly and , could not apply much pressure for fear the thing would break! I thought I’d give this one a try and I’m so glad I did! It seems to be sturdier, holds a charge for a really long time, has three speeds and the head tilts to accommodate more angles. The brush attachments are also sturdier. A much better product at a very reasonable price point!

I live in an apartment with an older tub and shower doors and lots of soap scum. It passed the test with flying colors. The battery lasts long enough to clean every nook and cranny. The best part is that my bad back is not so bad afterwards. It takes a minute to learn the best way to clean with it, I use a foaming spray, but it's definitely easier and faster than scrubbing with a sponge.

This device is fantastic for stubborn stains and cleaning stubborn mineral spots in a jiffy. Works great on countertops, sinks and all over the bathroom.So far I have not run out of power but only used the first 10% and cleaned half the bathroom. I will update this review in a couple of months.

Already 3 months later not charging. I don’t heavily use it but when I did it got the job done. The brushes were okay and the quality was good. The problem with mine is that it won’t charge it’s stuck at 13%. I’ve change the position and the adapter and it still won’t charge. Very disappointed in it because it only lasted 3 months.UPDATE 5/27/2024**Customer service reached out and is having another sent to me. Although my first one stopped working I hope to have the next for longer! I’m very satisfied with their customer support! Updated my review from 2 stars to 4!

Assembly is quick and easy, It should be fully charged before the first time use. I purchased the spin scrubber to ease my back while cleaning baseboards. My wife wanted it to clean the bathrooms and showers. It worked great as a baseboard cleaner. My wife literally took it from my hands and ran to our master bathroom. She loves it. The spin scrubber is lightweight and she was impressed how easy it is to change the different attachments.The only negative I could say is Turbo mode. Don't get me wrong, turbo mode works but only for 10 seconds at a time. I would love to see turbo mode last for 30 seconds. Long story short, this is a good purchase.

This thing is awesome, it can get my shower and floor with ease. Not only is it better on your back because of the handle, but it gets the job done 10x faster. Only problem is the turbo setting only stays for like a minute so I have to manually turn it back on all the time.
