Have been using for years. The best by far of all treatments. This is the quickest working when relief is needed. Have never had anything but relief when using this ointment. No burning ever. It definitely has a very strong herbal type scent so I apply generously at night then wash off in AM and use scent free hydrocortisone based cream during day until resolved . I will always keep a tube available for when relief is needed.

I’ve been dealing with hemorrhoids for the first time ever for 8 weeks. While waiting for a specialist appt, was once again Amazon shopping for ANY relief. All creams, sprays, wipes, baths, suppositories + proper diet, etc were not helping pain or shrinking. This cream finally did it! Burned just a little the first time or two but now, at the end of 2 days of application, my pain is barely noticeable & the hemorrhoids have definitely shrunk. I was brave enough to use it internally finally (after still experiencing pain after 3 outer applications) & now i’m also healing internally. Absolutely recommend. I will keep a box in the medicine closet just in case from now on.

I swear by this cream for pain. So far the only thing that has absolutely worked best for me and gave me enough relief to sleep. It does have a medical smell but honestly it isn't that bad at all. Highly recommend!

This stuff smells HORRIBLE, but works AMAZINGLY! If you can get past the smell, it feels like an ice cube where it counts and works fast. Best cream I've ever tried, and it vastly surpasses rx creams and ointments. Just the smell is gosh awful.

Let me start out by saying that I have never before had a hemorrhoid. FOUR DAYS before my vacation to a THEME PARK I woke up and felt a (literal) pain in my butt. Obviously quite alarmed, I ran to the bathroom and checked in the mirror and saw a lump, bigger than a grape, colored in the most gruesome shades of blue, purple, red, and black. A thrombosed, external hemorrhoid. It hurt to touch. It hurt to walk. It hurt to sit. By the second day, it hurt so bad I couldn't even lay down without being in pain. I have a really high tolerance for pain, and It was easily a 9.5 out of 10 on the pain scale, if not higher. I kid you not when I say it is the most painful thing I have ever experienced, and I've had some painful injuries in the past. I had to call out of work because I literally couldn't function. No matter what I did, I barely got any relief. I bought every medicine and home remedy under the sun (aloe Vera, witch hazel, preparation h, etc) and while a couple of them made the pain SLIGHTLY better, the small relief faded in a couple hours and I was back to being bent over in pain. I got on Amazon in tears and searched for "hemorrhoid relief" and this popped up. I was desperate. I paid for overnight shipping and crossed my fingers it would work. As soon as it arrived I put it on. It's a strange dusty pink color and the smell (to me) just smells medicated, like menthol. Personally, I don't mind that smell at all. It is strong, I will say that, but with clothes on I couldn't smell it at all. I followed the directions and applied once in the morning and once at night (after throughly wiping the area with a baby wipe or preparation h wet wipe) generously all over the lump. When I woke up the next day, I was expecting for the unrelenting pain to kick in... And it didn't. I could actually lay down pain free. I did feel it while sitting, standing, and walking, but I would rate the pain at a 5 - nothing I couldn't deal with for a work day. By the end of the 8 hour day, it was starting to hurt a bit more. Maybe a 6.5 of 10. I rushed home, looked in the mirror, and to my surprise... It was bleeding. Also to my surprise, it had shrunk in size to about half of what it was. I cleaned it up, took a sitz bath and shower, put more of this stuff on, and went to bed. By the day I was leaving for vacation, I would rate the pain at a 4 of 10. I was dreading driving in the car for 4 hours. But much to my surprise, I barely felt it. The first day I went to the theme park, I did feel it, but barely. In fact, I would even say I only felt it because I was thinking about it. I had no problem walking around (for 15+ miles, mind you) or getting on and off rides. When I got to the hotel, it was bleeding some more; draining. And also, had dropped in size again. By the second vacation day, I didn't feel it at all. Literally, at all. I was in shock. I walked at least 18 miles the next 3 days and felt NOTHING. I applied the product as instructed on those days and every morning when I checked it, the tissue looked much better and the hemorrhoid had shrunk more. I am happily reporting today, roughly a week and a half since its appearance, that I am entirely pain free. It has shrunk to barely nothing in size and it gets smaller but the day. I would not recommend anything else for hemorrhoids than this product. Absolutely nothing. In response to those saying they felt a "burning" when applying it the first time - I did feel a tingling sensation (almost like plumping lip gloss or bengay) but I let it sit on despite how strange it felt. I definitely wouldn't call it a pain, but more of a strong tingle. Seriously, if you're suffering from hemorrhoids, buy this. I'm buying at least 10 to keep them just in case this ever happens again. Word of advice: buy more than one. The package is tiny! But totally worth it!

I purchased this years ago & it worked. It wreaked, but it did work. Fast forward to the pandemic…I couldn’t find this stuff ANYWHERE. My first tube came from Walmart. However, I believe since it was from China, it couldn’t be found during the pandemic. Fast forward to now. I needed help in a bad way. I had an old tube that I had cut open & scraped the last remnants from & my situation was improving. I received this shipment & immediately used this stuff. Painful doesn’t even describe was the result was at all. But, I thought my condition was getting worse & I used it another day. Everything began tp turn inside out…literally. The pain was so intense by the second day that I considered going to the ER. I actually sobbed. It occurred to me that maybe the medication caused it, so I discontinued it. The issue resolved after days of ibuprofen & care with just neutral petroleum jelly. Last night, I thought it deserved one last try. After a long day, I was having a minor flareup. I thought maybe this tube was just extra strong, so I mixed it with petroleum jelly. Let me tell you, it set me on fire & 2 showers later & 4 ibuprofens, I’m paying for it today. This batch either has something different in it that the other tube didn’t have or something very different altogether. I can no longer recommend this to anyone. It used to be wonderful…but something has changed. Run far away from this product!

This works better than what you can get from your local stores. It can be slightly uncomfortable for a few minutes but it does provide relief rather quickly.

well the first few hour I thought this was a miracle thing, I could not believe the relief but.................. after that ABSOLUTELY no better that all the stuff I could buy otc and dr ordered. there is NO relief for this pain. never had anthing like this, though i could handle pain. nothing wrong with trying it but don't expect a miracle
