Before purchasing, please be informed: My EUC stopped working after less than a mile of use. Avoid buying from Amazon as there's no support for repairs. Instead, purchase directly from the manufacturer, but research and contact their service department first; response may be lacking as there's no direct contact number and no local dealers or repair shops in the US. Amazon's only solution was a refund; they will pick up the item for return. The attached photo shows a maximum speed of 0.0mph and distance of 0.6 miles. Given the minimal usage before malfunction, this raises significant concerns about the item's durability and quality.**update: Having been approached by the company with a slight discount offer for the v13 model, urging me to trust their brand once again, I've come to realize the pitfalls of the v12. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this model entirely. It's clear that the v12 was poorly constructed, with faulty components wreaking havoc on its motherboard.**update: I’ve left not one but two reviews on their official website and each time they have deleted it. Unfortunately, my purchasing experience with this seller has been extremely disappointing. This is the second unicycle I’ve bought from this seller, and it arrived with a serious defect. The first one emitted loud beeping noises during charging, signaling an issue, and the second one came with a completely drained battery. As is known, such a state can cause irreparable damage to the battery. I am deeply upset that my request for the item to be checked before shipping was ignored, resulting in me receiving a faulty device again. The time and effort spent resolving these issues have led to significant inconvenience. Seriously consider before buying from this seller if you want to avoid such problems.
