A year in, great pants for fat biking, with one small caveat
I have used these for two winters now (2022 and so far 2023) in northern Vermont for fat biking. I ride two to three days a week in these for 65 - 75 minutes each time in serious winter weather. Sometimes, they're warm enough by themselves (generally 30'F+), and sometimes I'll layer up below them (down to 0'F to -10'F, which is when I call it quits). When I bought these I was worried this kind of use was going to blow out the crotch seam (they have a low rise), but no issue there. Last week, the front zipper split, and I'll need to replace it with a new one or maybe velcro. They're not YKK, but at this price point, that's a little of what you get. Otherwise, the finish work, materials, and build are really top notch and compete exceptionally well with the name-brand clothes I use that cost three or four times as much. Also, these fit true to size, but they are a little close fitting in the legs, which is fantastic for biking. They're not tights at all, but they don't have any bagginess that's going to get caught on a bike seat or in a chainring. I didn't give them five stars because of the unnecessarily low rise in the crotch and the failed zipper. But really, for what you pay, these actually deserve six stars. Heads-up: no ankle zippers on this model. I just bought a similar pair from another seller, and they are similarly a great build, but not snug in the legs in the way the BenBoys are, making me want to get another pair of BenBoys. If you ride fat bikes, go for these.

Good product
Bought two pairs of these for my fiancé and I for a trip to Colorado. They felt and fit amazingly.I personally am a very easy cold person and I stayed warm with these the entire trip with little to no under layer (tights/leggings).My fiancé who is usually hot natured was completely comfortable and not over heating in them what so ever.10/10 would recommend!

Now we both have a pair!
100% awesome!I finally got myself a pair of these pants.Last Xmas I got my boo a pair in black and green. He wears them about 250 days a year, half of those days include overnight. They have stood up to an incredible amount of labor work in all kinds of weather. He wears them for more than a week straight before washing (cold) and they can go right into the dryer. The only wear that's significant is one pockets zipper seam came undone. He doesn't care. They have been snagged, scratched, stretched, skidded and dragged and it's amazing how they held up.My new ones are very similar but I think better. The knees have a large "patch" of high-tech rip stop fabric. All the zipper seams are reinforced and the front leg one is trimmed with rubber and is fully waterproof. My man says his are waterproof all over. I haven't tested mine yet but I'm confident they are.Super high quality and fleece lined. We live in Oregon and that means unexpected weather all the time. I'm in layers 9mo. of the year. Especially leggings or tights. I was nervous to not put layers under these but I'm impressed so far. If it's truly cold I'd probably wear tights anyhow but I'm definitely impressed. I can fit fleece leggings under them but they are really hot. Tights would be perfect.I'm 5'5" and 150lbs and a medium is fine. Waist is perfect and the elastic is just right. I don't even have to undo to pull down. My butt and thighs are biggish but there is still enough room. A small would fit in a "hot fitted" look but probably be too tight on my waist. They are stretchy and reminiscent of neoprene. The legs are straight and long and can go in or over boots. My man has pulled his over Sorels, tho they were stretched out alot. Comes with an optional simple belt. When choosing a pair look closely at all the styles. There are alot of differences tho they may look the same. I'm in love with mine! Don't look any further. Get some!

Waterproof and warm
Pants seem to work pretty well against Wyoming winter snow, the belt buckle is a little chintzy, but otherwise happy with product

Seem to fit more like women’s sizes.
I can usually wear women’s mediums and men’s smalls interchangeably with the men’s option usually giving me more length and less curvy, which works for my figure. The small men’s pair was actually tighter and shorter than the women’s version. Otherwise, the pants seem great.

Won't fit over snowboarding boots
Bought these for the sole purpose of snowboarding and unfortunately they don't fit over the snowboarding boots. Other than that, they're great. They're pretty light for how warm they keep you, that being said, they're not super warm but if you're using them for any sort of physical activity, they'll be good. Also, you probably can't have pants on underneath them. I had two pairs of long underwear under them to go snowboarding and the fit was good and my legs never got cold.

Great in very cold weather
I got these for outside in far northern Alaska. I bought these for when I have to walk to work, about 0.5 mile. The pants block the wind and keep you warm when outside in -20F weather. Good buy and fit is very good.

Excellent but tight
Pants are exactly what I wanted. Fit is a regular fit so if you have an athletic build these could be tight. I ordered a large (waist is 34) but the trousers pull if I lunge or bend over. Will try and change for an xl because the material and everything else is perfect and will use a belt or braces so that these can be active wear without restraint.
