Totally Convincing As Regular Spaghetti Noodles
We made low fat Spaghetti sauce with ground turkey, onions, mushrooms, Italian seasons over these noodles. 100% tasted delicious and just like any other normal spaghetti pasta. Very impressive. One bag for one person is a little small, so we (2 of us) had to use three bags for the meal. Price was a little high, but that is probably because we bought it on Amazon, and not directly from the store. Totally worthwhile buy if you are looking to cut carbs out of a spaghetti meal. We’ll be using this again for sure!

Great keto substitute for pasta
This pasta is a little pricey, but well worth it if you are watching carb intake. Great for keto or diabetics. I prefer the angel hair pasta. I strain and then boil the pasta in water for about 10-20 minutes. Then strain and add whatever sauce and let simmer for 10 more minutes. I find the "pasta" takes on the flavor better. The texture is not a typical pasta texture, but it is similar enough to feel like you are eating pasta (when accompanied by a sauce, meat, etc.). The pasta doesn't smell bad like some konjac products (pasta) do. Overall, I keep purchasing this product because it is the best of its kind that I have found (and I have tried several other konjac noodle brands).

A decent substitute for pasta
I'm trying to lose weight on a low carbohydrate diet. I love pasta, so I was interested in giving It's Skinny Pasta a try. Don't expect it to taste the same as regular wheat-based pasta, but it's flavor is mostly bland. It has a sort of rubbery texture that can be a little off-putting if you aren't expecting it. However, I have found using it with strongly flavored sauces (red Italian sauce, soy sauce, etc.) compensates for the different taste. I use one of these products at least once a week. Best if you don't think of it as pasta, but as something that can function in pasta's place.

It is a substitute for real pasta
We ordered a variety pack the first time (Angel Hair, Spaghetti, Rice and Fettuccini). We tried them all and prefer the Fettuccini. It is basically flavor-less, but it gives you the satisfaction of eating pasta when you're not allowed to (I'm diabetic). The consistency is like aldenta (not sure of the spelling). We are OK with that. According to what I read, it lowers your sugar and cholesterol. I haven't had my cholesterol checked in the last few months, so I can't vouch for that. However, anytime I eat this skinny pasta I don't have to use insulin before or after the meal, my sugar does not rise! They say you have to chew it up well or it can swell and possibly cause issues in some people. So far, no issues with us. It is hard to chew up pasta really well. It's made from an Asian root. Since our first box, we ordered a second variety pack, and then just a box of Fettuccini. We've used it a couple different ways, but our favorite is a sauce using beef or chicken broth, sautéed onions & peppers, spices, rotel tomatoes, and some type of meat (shrimp, diced pork tenderloin, diced steak, chicken, sausage links, etc.).

Very good in stir-fry.
Seriously. It fast and easy to use (rinse and throw it in) and is indistinguishable from celophane or rice noodles. I've got it on repeat order and use it regularly, I do a lot more stir-fry since my wife died. It's a good way to cook for one and is far healthier than the fast food/take-out/frozen pizza cycle I was on for a while. This is also helping me lose the weight I put on eating the afore mentioned craaaap. These soak up the flavor of the stir-fry very well and I have had no issue with digestion that some folks complain of.

Great for keto diets
It does not have the taste of real pasta, but works well if you are going to smother it with low-carb sauce.

Not the rice substitute I was hoping for
I purchased this product because my usual rice substitute, Miracle Rice, wasn’t available. I assumed that the two brands would be similar since they both use the same Konjac plant as its base.I was wrong. The “rice” Skinny Pasta sells is merely their vermicelli cut into rice-sized bits. BTW, the cuts aren’t consistent and some pieces are longer while others shorter. If you’re like me, looking for a better rice substitute, then try to find Miracle Rice. They do a better job simulating rice and each “grain” is a uniform size.

Great Portion Size
I like the portion size, perfect for two people. Great for when you are wanting noddle's but not all the carbs. Does have a odd texture when biting into them but a not weird flavor.

Best low calorie noodle I’ve tried
I’ve tried many brands of konjac noodles and this one is without a doubt my favourite. A new staple. So delicious to use in ramen. After I rinse the noodles I soak them in soy sauce before adding to the soup. The flavour and texture was super tasty!
