Serta Leighton Home Office Memory Foam, Height-Adjustable Desk Accent Chair with Chrome-Finished Stainless-Steel Base, Lilac Purple

LOVESo this has been sitting in my cart for months! I am so happy I finally bought it! On all levels this is probably one of the best amazon purchases I have made.Appearance- I purchased the Ivory color fabric and it is exactly what I wanted & expected.Assembly- I literally NEVER even attempt putting things together. I’m sure most will read this and roll their eyes, but I have always found someone else to help - it’s not worth the headache. I was sooooo excited to get this chair and at work when it arrived, with no one I could ‘con’ into helping me so I decided to just go for it. It took me the longest time to find the instructions! Lol they were hidden in one of the bags with a cushion.15 minutes after receiving the chair I was sitting in it!Comfort- first, I am 5ft tall, 135-140lbs. I bought this chair for one real reason, my lower back or neck is always soar due to the horrible chair I was using - so no matter how gorgeous if it wasn’t comfortable it wasn’t going to work. It’s been 2 full days 6-8 hrs of sitting in the chair. ITS PERFECT! I love sitting cross-legged and this chair allows me to do this, still fitting “under” my desk and when I am seated this way thE back of the chair supports my entire back all the way to my neck!

This chair is *not* made by Serta. The box says "LF Products Pte. Ltd" with an address in Zhejiang Province, China. The model is not Leighton, but "Fabric Home Chair". Furthermore, the build quality is atrocious. Only 3 of the 4 screws that hold the chair to the base line up. Even worse, only 2 of the four screws that attach the back to the base line up.

I was surprised at how much I love this chair. It was very easy to assemble with only five steps in the instructions, and from unboxing to finished product it only took about twenty minutes to put the whole thing together. The fabric is a nice neutral beige with a pleasant but not overwhelming texture, much more the color of the first image than the whiter secondary images Amazon shows. The chair swivels, has a nice adjustable height range, and leans back well, although I had to adjust the tension knob significantly to get it to a point where I could lean back without pushing too hard. I spend a lot of time at my desk gaming, and I've had seven-hour-plus marathons since buying this chair that were comfortable all the way through. Would buy again without a second thought.

After reading reviews with great interest and finding some had difficulty putting the seat and back of the chair together, when it arrived I put the wheel assembly aside thinking that if I could not get the chair together, why have to undo and rewrap the wheels for a return. As mentioned in more than one review that this was going to be testy, I brought out my trusty 36” clamps. I first clamped seat front to chair back. Holes lined up well. Then I clamped side-to-side of the chair back. Not so much. Put on sweatband, readjusted first clamp, readjusted second clamp, and voila … a fit for four bolts. Wheel assembly went quickly and soon my cat was riding to my desk. A good looking, comfy chair. The cat uses it until I look her in the eyes and gruffly say, “Mine.”

Looks good and it's comfortable. HOWEVER! Like others have called out, the seat bolt holes do not line up with the back, so I was only able to get 2/4 secured. This should be enough to support my 170 lbs and I don't want to go through the trouble of returning it.Additionally...this does not appear at all to be a Serta product that any American is familiar with. The box has multiple company names listed, but none are Serta.

I will start with the positives - the chair has a very nice, wide seat to it, and it’s also very comfortable to sit in, and easy to tuck under the work surface as the arms are so low. However, the negatives outweigh the positives in my opinion. For starters, not impressed at all with the quality of the chair. The nail-heads along the front of the seat are very off-line in a few spots (this really pains my OCD) and the fabric on the side panels of the chair are rippling. There was a small hole in the side of the seat cushion seam which was thankfully covered when the chair was assembled... just hoping that hole doesn’t grow significantly as we use it. The assembly process was a no-brainer, but required two people to fasten the seat to the back as the pre drilled holes were extremely off center.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the chair for quality purposes alone.

The chair is exactly as pictured when I received it. I did not realize it was a light beige color (thought it was a very light pink), but it fits perfectly with my decor. The packaging was excellent for a heavy bulky item as everything inside was wrapped perfectly to protect the contents. In addition, assembly was very easy - the instruction manual inside was not necessary.I bought this chair because I had found it on Wayfair originally, but it was much cheaper on Amazon. The chair is comfy, adjustable, and just what I need for a chic office space. In addition, I've been shopping for office chairs for a month, and finally picked this one because it is a cute office chair for a good price.

I love it! I work from home and my "office" is in my kitchen. I wanted something that would blend into the space, not scream office. This is great. I can sit here for a long time working comfortably and the chair is attractive. I can even wheel this into the dining area if we have a dinner party for additional seating. Only down side, which I knew prior to ordering, is there are no armrests. That would make this chair just a teeny bit better. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase!

I bought two chairs in late September to compliment our recently renovated home office. I work from home so I needed a chair that was both comfortable and looked chic. I came across these while I was on the Staples website but I ended up finding them $100 cheaper on amazon. I REGRET EVER BUYING THESE!!! I'm not a heavy person but yet the minute I sit on the chair it feels as if i'm sitting on a piece of board without any padding. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE BACK PAIN. There are plenty of other chic comfortable chairs out there. I gave it a 1 star for looks.

10 min to put together - did need the help of my 7 yrs old son to put pressure on the back of the chair to line up the wholes LOL. It’s a bit firmer then I though (in a good way) and it tilts!! I love it. I don’t have back issue so I don’t know how much support if offers but for for me, it’s perfect. Plus, it offers enough room to criss cross my legs - I work 10hr shifts so for me, it was a must!

The color is beautiful but it is like sitting on a cement block. This chair is so hard, there is no comfort there at all. The arms are way to low, you can't put your arms on them. Very pricey for what you get.

Looks nice. Comfortable.

Very uncomfortable for the price... does look cute though.
