I noticed less breakage compared to some other relaxers I’ve tried, and my hair feels softer after use when followed up with proper conditioning. The results also last well, making it good value for money

It left my hair soft
For the first time my hair is soft after relaxing. In the past my hair would be very dry after relaxing, I used to admire people with soft hair. I love this about this relaxer. I am definitely buying again. Be warned however it really does have extra strength and so you need to be quick with your application otherwise you burn your skin. My hair was relaxed to the max and I loved the outcome. It is so worth it.

One box of course relaxed my hair perfectly, had no issues or burning etc would highly recommend.

It might not be the products fault but this severely ruined my hair. I followed every step and watched every video and did exactly what I was instructed too. I have used this before (a relaxer not this specific one )but never on myself until now. My hair’s texture has gone very weird and some parts are curly and some are pin straight and idk what to do now. I’ve never experienced this before when doing it for other people so I’m confused as to how I could have made such a bad mistake. It might be me or it might be the relaxer either way make sure to be careful when using these kind of hard chemicals.
