Solid piece of equipment
I was surprised at how heavy it is. It's very solid. It was easy to set up right out of the box. The remote works well and has several adjustments to control. The lowest vibration is enough for me to start out with. I've not had any ill effects so far. I have experienced increased energy and its helped me sleep better because I've had less sciatic pain at night.

I do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night! Already was on my weight loss journey of eating healthy and exercise. This is a great addition to my workout routine! Works great!

I love this so much I bought another one.
I was doing short exercises every morning. This boosts everything I am doing.I found YouTube videos to work out to on the plate.I got sick and couldn’t work out. I was still able to stand on this and that’s doing something.It works great. I can adjust the intensity.It’s comfortable. I do wear shoes however. This model said it required you wear them and there are grooves. I have plantar fasciitis so didn’t want to deal with that without shoes.

Broken
Honestly, I loved this! However, 2 days after the return window closed it started making a loud sound. Now 2 weeks after the return window is closed (I have had the product for exactly 6 weeks) something inside completely came apart and it started rattling and although I stopped using it right away, it is completely broken now. Honestly still three stars, because when it worked it was great! Ultimately I paid a little more than $10 per week to use it before it broke… so… 🤷🏽♀️

Vibration that means business!
After using this for several days, I already feel a big difference in water drainage in my legs. I'm excited to ease into more uses this machine has to offer.It's substantial, large enough to stand on without the feeling of falling off. Controls are easy to read. Haven't tried the music yet, but I can listen to TV while it's working, I'm very satisfied.
