Amazing product!
I don’t normally review products.. However, I know I wanted to see customer feedback when considering a big purchase like this! This product is everything you could want for an at home reformer. Easy assembly, smoothest reformer I’ve ever been on and folds and stores great! Only thing I would say is that if you’re over 6’3” you may want to look into a bigger one! Otherwise, cannot recommend enough :)

Missing pieces
Missing the springs the Ropes and shoulder rests. I don’t know how to contact I do want to use the product it’s just missing pieces and I can’t find that option. to call or report missing pieces it’s only giving me the option to return or buy again.

Love it!
Be aware this is not a compact reformer. It is not advertised as such but I think it’s important to know that before buying you will need a completely separate space for this machine. It is very large, but the quality is fantastic. I lucked out and happened to have the space for it. It is also very very heavy.
