These are perfect, you no longer have to over tighten to keep the long handle of the OEM knobs from getting in the way of the lid latches. The threads match up to the OEM nutclips already in place, so you don't even have to change out the Harley ones. Buy these, you won't be disappointed.

Have been using these for three years now without a single issue with them ever. Instillation is easy, took about 20 minutes without tools,,, but if i had had a flat head screwdriver to use as a light pry tool it would have probably made it a 10 minute job. you are literally pulling the old clips off the bags and replacing them with these without any modification at all... these will do exactly what you need them to do. These are a 1000% upgrade from the spring loaded push pull twist BS fasteners you are using stock... I don't know who Harley hired to invent the stock fasteners and clips for the saddlebags .. But ill take a guess it was the same guy that invented the hinge opener snapper clasper with 72 moving parts and screws that fall out and leave you somewhere wondering how the lid came off and is now in your hands ....

These were the perfect replacement for my Harley saddlebags. They stay tight and are easy to take off. Wlthey were a direct replacement which were easy to switch out. They are very secure and functional.

Install in 5 minutes. Quality is ok. Materials don't seem to be high quality. See how these hold up to elements. The lock washer feature works as stated. Once tight they hop over each bump to prevent backing out. Also helps prevent overtightening. Would give 5 stars if bolts were stainless steel and had better clips.

I purchased these bag holders for my 2003 ROAD KING CUSTOM. I wish I had done so a long time ago. Solid product. Well worth the money, and never worry about a bag disengaging.

Fit perfect in 2019 Harley road king special. Compartments are a little small but still can hold glasses, drink bottle, garage door fob, gloves, scarf, leather panniers covers and wallet and phone and still get open face half helmet in saddlebags
