Worked perfectly first time. Game changer for me.
Worked perfectly first after months of trying without it. Usually soaking my face before getting a drop in each eye. When I had to put drops in each eye 12 times a day, it became a bit of a chore. Used it twice this evening after receiving it and I love how easy it is for me to administer the drops. I’ve found a little case to keep it in. No more blinking and flinching when applying the eye drops, which will hopefully help my eyes. I recommend this aid.

easy to use for frequent drops
If you need frequent drops putting in your eyes and you need to be able to do this yourself this is a great gadget to get them in easily and directly in to the eye. Totally portable and discreet, we washed it daily in boiling water to keep it clean.

Hard plastic and waste of money
The pictures are somewhat misleading as it looks like a rubbery material but in fact is solid plastic. It’s a good idea but the hole is too small to allowing the nozzle to go through. So you have to hold the bottle in place and try to squeeze the drops in at the same time, which is hit and miss and a wastage of liquid. Going into the bin as waste of money.

OK
Very simple idea, it just about works, but not the best eye dropper available. The clue is in the price

It Works For Me
I am awaiting cateract surgery and at a pre-op visit i was prescribed SOME eye drops. It was for 3 types of drops, about 750 instilled over 8 weeks. Gulp. Never having ever used eye drops before, i was faced with 11 doses, in both eyes, for a week. I tried on the first day but, due to shaky hands, found that i could not do it without poking my eyes out. Basically, i could not do it on my own. I looked for 'aids' and spotted this. It allowed me to administer the drops myself, phew. the 3 tyres of drop containers were single dose vial, bottle and tube. the vial and bottle, no probs but, the tube ended up a bit too close to the eye. i fit a loose grommet and it's ok. I probably use more each 'squeeze' but it at least goes in my eye. If the dispenser has a nozzle of some kind, then this is perfect. As i've said, without this i was lost as to how to involve other people, 10/11 times a day for 2 weeks, then 6/7 times for 6 weeks. It was a godsend for me and hopefully to others.

Do not help with accuracy.
I wouldnt bother. Got this device for aftercare of cataract surgery, to aid the use of eyedrops. But the item really did not improve dispensing the eyedrops into the eye, at all.. so.. my advice is to "dont bother"

Eye drops applicator
If you struggle with the aim and pray method of eye drops or if you have a strong flinch reflex the EziDrops Dispenser is a brilliant, low-tech solution. The design is simple but effective. It fits over the eye socket providing a stable platform that blocks your view of the incoming drop. By obscuring the bottle from your direct line of sight it completely eliminates the involuntary blinking that usually leads to wasted drops running down your cheek. It's a small investment that pays for itself by not wasting eye drops. It's durable, easy to clean with an alcohol wipe, and does exactly what it promises.

Check out the depth before buying
This is a useful gadget for putting drops in eyes - I purchased it for my aunt who was due to have a cataract operation (she is 92) and needed to be able to put drops in her eyes safely and effectively. This was certainly true for the pre-op drops she was prescribed but when I came to use it for the post op drops I felt the nozzle on the bottles was too long for the gadget and was worried I would damage her eye (s) This may not be the case and a false perception but it may well be worth checking it out prior to purchase. I dropped a star for this reason. Otherwise I would say it is very useful and the item was supplied quickly and efficiently.

Confirm Size Before Purchasing - Totally Worth It!
Heads up! There are two different sizes available for this applicator, depending on the type of eye drop bottle you use. I accidentally ordered the wrong one—so make sure to check the product photos carefully to get the right fit. The one I bought (totally my mistake) had an opening that was too small for my ½ fluid ounce Visine bottle. Thankfully, my handy husband came to the rescue. He took it to the garage and worked his magic. It now fits perfectly! The applicator itself is made of hard plastic, but I don’t find it uncomfortable when resting it over my eye. In fact, it’s made giving myself eye drops so much easier. Pro tip: Lie down on your bed when using it and try doing it in a dimly lit room. For me, not seeing the drop coming makes the whole experience less stressful. Now, instead of chasing the drop down my cheek, I actually feel that soothing relief right where I need it—on my red, irritated eye.
