Came quickly & easy enough set up. The hand pump takes time but fills the ball efficiently. Ball retains air well & holds up to my little ones (2, 4, & 8) also rough housing with it. Durability seems sound enough. I got the smaller ball as I am not that big of a person & it was still decently sized. It also holds my weight & my husband's very well.

I like the ball and all don’t get me wrong, I am going to order another one. The problem is I have to return the one I bought because I trusted the chart in the photos telling you what ball size to buy based on your height. I’m 5’3 so I bought the 55 ball, but it’s too small. So I’m having to return it to amazon and order a second one.

There are many exercise ball options on Amazon, but I selected this one because 1) the description says it is strong and 2) they say there is a warranty. However, after a few months, my ball keeps deflating. I double checked that the tab is fully inserted and re-inflated, but it still deflates. I contacted the company using the email address on the directions (that came with the ball), but after a few weeks, they still have not responded. A warranty is meaningless if the company will not respond to customers emails.

Bought according to size description(55 cm) and I love it, I was just going to use it for workouts but now I see the benefits of sitting on it instead of the couch when watching TV. Came with the pump and extra plugs, very pleased. Turkis is a beautiful color as well, I'd say it's accurate compared to the photo given.

I ordered the size recomended for my height but it was too small. I’m 5’2 so not a very tall person but I would recommend sizing up if you are my height.

While I thought I bought one a size small, it seems to work well for me. Definitely strong, but the pump is so-so, and the directions for using it were confusing. I hope I continue to enjoy using it, but..maybe not the best for a small studio apt.
