I think this is a very good eyeliner. First of all, you receive two, not one, for the price. This listing does say 2 but that you receive one count of the 2 pack so just as clarification, yes you get two eyeliners. Make sure to shake for a while and leave the pen to saturate the brush tip for a while afterwards. I saw significantly better results after waiting overnight for this to happen.The upper lines on my hand from where I tested this endured: a rub test under cold water, a hot shower, and a night's sleep. The bottom three lines are from the following morning when I tested it again and wore it. I was able to get finer, smoother lines after the additional saturation from the overnight wait after shaking the pen. Make sure to shake before use as well and you should be able to get these results. Overall, this eyeliner will definitely stay put and has worked well for my eyeliner heavy makeup routine.

This eyeliner goes on smoothly in a precise line and dries quickly. Once dry, it takes a lot of rubbing to make it fade....and it really doesn't smudge....just fades a bit. It says waterproof but I was able to remove it with water and a bit of rubbing. I did not need makeup remover to get it off.You get a two pack, which is nice and reduces the risk of your makeup becoming contaminated. Better to have small packages of things where a little goes a long way.
