One of the best muesli
Excellent in nutrition protein content and mild sweet taste. It doesn’t taste all sweet and sugary. Doesn’t taste good if you try to eat as a snack. Mix it with some peanut butter and milk.

From Nutritional Promise to Caloric Conundrum: The Unveiling of Yogabar 21g Protein Muesli
I initially enjoyed the taste and consumed Yogabar 21g Protein Muesli for a long time, but I am compelled to revise my rating from 5 stars to 1 star for the following reasons:Excessive Caloric Load: To feel satiated, one needs to consume at least 80-90 grams per meal, resulting in a calorie intake that far exceeds what a healthy breakfast should ideally provide.Questionable Health Claims: Despite being marketed as a "healthy" option, it causes significant glucose spikes due to the inclusion of added sugar. Furthermore, it is a processed product, which undermines its health benefits.Soya-Dominant Protein Source: The primary protein source is soy, which may not be ideal for everyone and lacks diversity in its nutritional profile.Short-Lived Satiety: Despite its high calorie count, I feel hungry within 2-3 hours of consuming it. In contrast, a sprouted moong dal salad—lower in calories—keeps me fuller for much longer. While the taste is undeniably appealing, the product fails to deliver on its promise of being a genuinely healthy breakfast option
