Hands down worst customer service ever. Had flown the drone maybe 7 times, 3x fishing from the shore. When I got the drone last year it had a significant scratch in the remote screen, I brought it up to them and they said it was no big deal and wouldn’t effect anything. I let it slide, over $2k you expect it in premium condition but I was happy to have my drone so I moved on. It flew so smoothly and had no problem taking my bait way off shore, its landing was always seemed a little hard to me when I’d auto call it home and personally I thought it always landed a little rough compared to what I had seen on ytube but this is my first drone. Had some great times with it and the family, camera was excellent. October 26, 2024 I was flying the drone just looking around at damage over the property after hurricane Helene and was watching in camera when on my phone when the view bobbled and I looked up in time to see one of the front rotors stopped spinning and then it just dropped like a rock and smashed into the ground. I’d guess it was about 60’ up from the last time I’d looked at the height. Nothing was near it that could have touched it so there was no reason for the rotor to just stop as it couldn’t have hit anything. I grabbed it as the other rotors were still spinning on the ground and it wouldn’t turn off by pressing the button so I had a task of getting the battery cover off and taking out the battery. There was no smoke but it smelled like something was burning up inside it. I took out the battery and noticed it was burning warmer then I thought it should be. The arm of the one with the rotor that stopped was warm compared to the rest of the drone. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to reinsert the battery and send them the gps coordinates of its last reading. I put the other charged lithium battery in but it doesn’t turn on. I’ve not heard from them since and that was months ago after reaching out a couple of times. I think back to how the screen was scratched when I received it and wonder now if it was cosmetically damaged when I got it, what kind of damage did it have internally that I had no idea of. Hopefully people read this and heed my warning of their customer service. It came with no manuals or instructions, basically figured it out watching YouTube videos. Spending over $2k and not getting any help is ridiculous on a product that wasn’t 5 months old and flown maybe 7 times. Lot of money to watch slam into the ground. At that time I’m writing this because I haven’t received a response to my email from last Wednesday the 30th.

Great fishing drone I’ve had mine for almost a year now totally worth the price. I do a lot of shore fishing. It is very relaxing handle the wind very well while under load
