Defective Piece
I order this phone from amazon for my father who stay in india. It stopped working from 2nd months from purchase date. No redmi centre india accept to repair this and ask us to take it back to source we buying for. Did I got scammed on amazon? Did amazon sold me complete defective piece?

Dissapoint experience 😔
Worst experience... I purcahse this phone and gifted to my sister, with in two months its speaker has been damage and now we tried to install bank app and its showing error. We check with technician and they told the phone is rooted and its not safe to use.
