Suitable substitute for fresh
Trying to buy produce here at 8000 ft in the Rockies by Denver, it's not usually very fresh and spoils quickly. In addition I have to buy a bunch and we don't ever use more than a quarter of it before it spoils. Not as strong smelling as fresh but we'll see how it does once rehydrated in guacamole

I really love this thing!!
It’s a great blend of spices!! I use on potatoes, meat, poltry or just with some olive oil and eat with bread. Love this so much!

look weird, taste great
Pieces looked oily and weird in the bottle..I had low expectations. Surprisingly, they re-hydrated nicely in my cacciatore sauce and were soft with no weird mouth feel and a nice non-bitter green pepper taste. This is a great money saver if the price of fresh green peppers skyrockets in winter, like it does on the USA east coast.

This product is ground too fine and as a result the taste has gone out of it. Tastes old. Very disappointed!
