The design is good but vulnerable to shipping damage. I see a dent.Apart from this easy to use. Would be better if lock thread was there just like bottle because it's easy to spill as there is no lock.East to clean and maintain. I did not see any logo of this seller on the product. Also you cannot fill it with water upto the top level as the closing lid is designed to be as a small glass which creates kind of vaccum when it's closed.

Green spot appear like fungus (fafundi) I clean regulry evnthn
The media could not be loaded. Green spot appear inside pot and there is no test of copper in water. I brought jug from same brand but jug dosnt have green spot very good but this pot is not good. May be its not orignal I think so

Bottle is great but what about the smell
The media could not be loaded. Bottle size and looks are great. But the wooden cap smell is very disappointing. Not sure how many days it will take to get rid of it

It is good to average
I love the look of it. however, it's difficult to clean the bottom of the vessel. rest of the part can be cleaned with pitambari proprely but the inside part is difficult.

Disappointed
So disappointed with this product. So much money is charged for a faulty item. It had been bashed and black spots everywhere. I wanted to return it but couldn’t be bothered. I washed with lemon and soda for a long while still black marks have not gone.
