Hammock Hanging Chair Air Deluxe Sky Swing Outdoor Chair Solid Wood 250lb (Red)

This is my second hanging hammock chair. I liked the first so much I bought a second as a gift for my mother. When she sat in the chair after it hanging for a week the chair ripped down the seem and she fell. I contacted the company and they replied that because it was more than 30 days (because I bought it as a gift) they wouldn’t accept a return.Even though it has a 3 year manufacture warranty. Crappy craftsmanship and worse customer service.

I have a couple of hanging chairs from Hammaka and we enjoyed them till the pad and webbing gave out....too early but it has been 2 years. I have not been able to get the replacement padding and web so I ordered these chairs to take their place until they could restock the Mani Chair parts.......The quality was not what I expected and they seem to be made for a smaller person and did not fit me. I see they shipped them from Georgia so I wanted to return them but when I tried they tell me to ship them to China! What the HELL! Do you know what it cost to ship to CHINA??? I am not happy and am trying to get ahold of someone who can tell me why. Maybe this is the HOOK they throw at you to just get you to eat the cost and not return them......I don't know. NOT HAPPY.

Difficult to assemble..the picture showing how to add the dowel to the knot thing was confusing and dark. It's just not comfortable. I can't adjust it properly. Big fail. I will find a way to repurpose the foot thingy.

Poor quality stitching. Within first hour of having the chair up, the stitching on the arm ripped with normal pressure being applied. I tried to return the chair, but shipping fee's to China would have cost far more than the chair itself cost. Order an original Sky Chair, don't order this product.

Love these chairs but was a bit disappointed that they faded quickly and did not last as long as I would have like. They did not weather well. But I will say I did buy them again

I love the comfort of these chairs, and have had to buy several. They last a few months, but as they are used the stitching comes unraveled. Eventually it will just rip. Stitching needs to be more durable.
