Exactly what I wanted..good quality and good paper inside!

The media could not be loaded.  I love my little notebook! I bought it because I wanted a nice and compact notebook for a 6-course certification I'm taking online. I love that it has separate sections and different colored pages. That's a personal preference because that way I get to use the same notebook for every course and separate them by color. That being said, the pages are really nice to write on, the cover is sturdy and pretty, and it has a decent amount of pages.Note: please ignore my handwriting. I'm not the best.

This was used for medical appointments.1) Section was used for recording medications (name, dose, date, time, and changes)2) Section was used for vitals (Blood Pressure (BP), Oxygen Saturation (Sp02), Weight (Lb))3) Section was used for notes from the medical community. Changes to be made4) Section was used for changes in condition (concerns to report to Health Care Professionals (HCP)5) Section to record Bathing, Exercises, Skin Care, and Wound care.6) Section to record time Out Of Bed (OOB) and Back To Bed (BTB)It was nice because it was big enough to write in, and the pages could be removed if I made a huge mistake. The lines were large enough that a pill could be tapped on for the visual. But the Notebook was small enough that it was easy to take to the Emergency Department (ED) or Emergency Room (ER) and make medical appointments. The staff always appreciated accurate and easy-to-review documentation.I tried one of the medical journals, but it was for daily notes and didn't fit my needs for daily notes within the weekly notes. I gave it to the Doctor to pass on to someone who could use it.I love the color changes and ease of use.
