I always have to go to the doctor to get my ears washed out. No matter what I tried, I still ended up going to the doctor. This item is very similar to what they use. It worked really well. I used it in the shower because you really get wet. I like you can do the pressure as much as you feel like it. It really unclogged my ears!

I love the variety of modes, and that I can use it in the shower! But one to get rid of the Q-Tips, this thing is way much better!! Had a dog hair stuck in my ear for weeks, first time I used it flushed it right out!

Worked really well. Cleaned out my ear wax My daughters ears get compacted sometimes so I got this to hopefully avoid it from getting to that point and it works really well! The pic is great and the apps is easy to use. You can see way in your ears and all that’s in there! 😦 I would recommend getting one

This was my first time trying this product and I was kind of scared. The instructions were clear and I was able to use it easily. It got out a ton of ear wax and my ears felt super good afterwords. The feeling was weird at first but I got used to it.

I've always had a problem with clogs in my ears. I've used a few different cleaners and they worked but were really hit or miss. I used this for a clogged ear and was able to easily get all of the excess wax out in just a few minutes.

I'm not sure what this listing used to represent, but it's pretty clear that the product has changed because most of the existing reviews reference a camera and app, neither of which apply to the ear irrigator I received, which is currently the only product available for this listing.In any case, I get really uncomfortable when my ears are dirty. My ears just feel itchy and gross, so I try to keep them pretty clean. I figured this product could be a good way to get a deeper clean occasionally. The packaging is decent quality and doesn't feel cheap. It includes the irrigator, six tips (one is installed), a little basin to catch water as it drips out of your ears, a suction bulb to remove excess water after you're done, and a charging cable.The instructions were a bit lacking for my liking. After two steps telling you how to fill it up and turn it on, the real instruction step says, "After selecting the appropriate mode, align the ear canal and start the irrigation process. During the irrigation, you can temporarily pause the operation by pressing the power button." OK, what IS the irrigation process? How deep into the ear canal should this go? You can't put it in too far because of the tip shape, which is good, but how far should I try? Should the flared base be snug or what? Do I rotate the device so the three jets hit more than one spot? Yeah, no clue.I figured I'd try to use it without going deep into the ear canal, no rotation, on the lightest setting to start. Oof. The noise and pressure in my ear was uncomfortable, but after a few seconds water did start running into the basin which was satisfying enough that I did the other ear too. Same uncomfortable noise and pressure. The water in the basin was clear and I didn't see any wax present.You know that feeling you get when you lie on your side when there's still water in your ear? Yeah, right away. I tried the bulb to remove the water, but didn't want to go so deep into my canal that I could cause harm - there's no flare to the bulb's stem, so you could push it really deep! I used a Q-tip (not in the canal!) and removed a bit of wax. Huh, that was disappointing. All day, my ear was bothering me. After laying on that side through the night, it's clear again.This product may be good for some, but it was a definite miss for me. I'll be giving it to a family member who said they'd be interested in trying something like this.

This product can deeply clean my ears without harming them. Strong cleaning. It works so well, it removes all the earwax that regular ear cleaning tools can't reach, and it feels so comfortable, it's definitely recommended!

This water sprayer ear cleaner is not a miracle cure to have huge gross chunks of wax rolling out like in the Reels videos. It is, however, better than other ear cleaning water spraying tools I've used. The advantage is that it sprays in a several directions at once. It does sort of, at least I've found, scratch the itchiness in my ears.Like with any tool like this, I recommend you make sure your ears are dry once you're done to prevent any issues.
