My battery no longer works. Out of return time interval, but less than one year. Is there a replacement warrenty from seller?

Two of my three radio’s batteries have suddenly failed. The power supplies check out ok.

the volume decreases significantly when running on battery pack. is it defective?

I don't think its a defect, so much as a battery saving function of the radio. My smartphone will produce a much lesser speaker output, when running on battery, vs being plugged into power. That's my guess.

is this the same pack it comes with?

The radio does not come with a battery pack. It is an optional battery pack that you purchase separately. This battery pack works for the Mondo and Mondo+ by Grace Digital.
