Having taken various Spirulina products over the years some were hard to swallow and hard to digest not so with this product the tablets are slim and with no after taste and do the trick in terms of more energy and well being i'll be sticking to this brand from now on .

great organic spirulina tablets. the packaging looks big and bulky. The daily consumption recommendation is to have up to 30 tablets divided into three sessions. I struggled myself to even take 5 tablets at the same time, let alone 10. So it's up to you. I don't think you will benefit less if you take less than 30 tablets in a day, as long as you take some consistently, you will be fine. Otherwise, great tablets, are full of amazing benefits that everyone ought to have. The tablets don't have the typical spirulina scent, so if the powder ever repelled you, then these tablets are a decent alternative, provided you are ok with tablets also. I would always have a product like this in my drawer. If you are health conscious, this is one of the right products to consume, pretty much risk -free, as far i am concerned, but always consult with your health specialist.

I ordered this product to increase my iron intake . I have had similar before but was pleasantly supposed to see it in tablet form . Easy and convenient to take …. Fantastic , will be ordering again.

Spirulina-Tabletten sind ein Superfood, gewonnen aus der nährstoffreichen Blaualge. Sie enthalten Antioxidantien, essentielle Aminosäuren, unterschiedliche Omega-Fettsäuren, Vitamine wie B12, C und A sowie Mineralien wie Eisen, Zink und Magnesium - und vieles mehr. Spirulina soll sich aufgrund dieser Nährstoffe positiv auf Immunsystem, Herz, Blut, Gelenke, Gehirn und noch vieles mehr auswirken. Es ersetzt keine gesunde Ernährung, kann aber eine wirkungsvolle Ergänzung sein. Da ich das Pulver geschmacklich nicht mag, hab ich mich für die gepresste Form entschieden. Die Tabletten sind recht gut zu schlucken. Ich nehme täglich 15 Presslinge verteilt auf 3 Mahlzeiten. Da ich mich bewusst ernähre, kann ich noch keine großen Veränderungen feststellen. Aber vieles wird sich sicherlich langfristig zeigen! Die Presslinge kamen übrigens in einem wiederverschließbaren Säckchen an, alles sehr hochwertig! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
