Great quality
I’ve been using the PCSsole Plantar Fasciitis Insoles for a while now, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in the overall comfort and support of my everyday shoes. I spend a lot of time walking and standing, so having a good pair of insoles is important to me. After trying different types of inserts, I’ve really liked the combination of cushioning and arch support these provide. The first thing I noticed when I put them in my shoes was the amount of support under the arch. They have a structured feel that helps keep my feet supported without feeling excessively hard or uncomfortable. For me, that extra support is especially helpful during long periods of standing or walking. Instead of my feet feeling completely worn out by the end of the day, they feel more supported and comfortable. I also really like the cushioning. The insoles provide a nice layer between my feet and the bottom of the shoe, which makes everyday walking feel more comfortable. They aren’t so soft that my feet feel unstable, but they have enough cushioning to make a noticeable difference compared with the flat, basic insoles that come with many shoes. Another thing I appreciate is the overall construction. These feel more substantial than inexpensive foam inserts, and they have enough structure to maintain their shape during regular use. I’ve put them through plenty of walking and standing, and they’ve continued to provide the support I was looking for. They’ve also been easy to use in different shoes. I’ve used them in everyday casual shoes and work-style footwear, and they can be trimmed if necessary to get a better fit. As with any replacement insole, it’s important to check the amount of room inside your particular shoes because a supportive insole can take up more space than the original flat insert. The arch support was probably the biggest selling point for me. I prefer an insole that actually provides noticeable structure rather than simply adding a thin layer of foam. These give my feet a more supported feeling when I’m walking, and I especially appreciate that during longer days. I also like that the insoles don’t feel excessively heavy. Some supportive inserts can make a shoe feel bulky or change the way it fits, but these have been relatively easy to work into my existing footwear. Once I got them positioned properly, they felt natural enough that I didn’t constantly think about having an aftermarket insole inside my shoes. Another benefit is the versatility. I don’t think these are limited to one particular type of activity. They can be useful for people who spend a lot of time standing at work, walking throughout the day, exercising, or simply wanting more support from their everyday shoes. For me, they’ve been particularly useful on days when I know I’ll be on my feet for several hours. There is an adjustment period with supportive insoles, especially if you’re not used to having significant arch support. I recommend gradually increasing how long you wear them rather than immediately wearing them all day. Once I got accustomed to the support, they became much more comfortable and felt like a natural part of my footwear. I’ve also found that they help improve the overall feel of shoes that otherwise have very little support. Rather than replacing a pair of shoes simply because the original footbed isn’t comfortable enough, adding these insoles can be a practical way to change the fit and feel. Overall, I’m very pleased with the PCSsole Plantar Fasciitis Insoles. They offer a good combination of arch support, cushioning, stability, and everyday comfort. They feel substantially more supportive than the basic insoles that come in many shoes, and they’ve been particularly helpful for long days spent walking or standing. If you’re looking for an affordable way to add more structure and cushioning to your footwear, these are definitely worth considering. They’re easy to install, reasonably versatile, and provide the kind of firm-but-comfortable support I was looking for. For me, the biggest positive is simply how much more comfortable my shoes feel with them. They’ve become something I regularly use rather than an insert I tried once and forgot about. After using them consistently, I can say that the PCSsole insoles have been a worthwhile addition to my everyday footwear, particularly when I know I’ll be spending a lot of time on my feet.

They really do work!!!
I tried these on a whim, and wow am I glad I did! I use these for pickleball have been dealing with plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Now, I have a great variety of insoles, many recommended by Foot Doctor Zach: Move, Powerstep, Currex and others. I also have the generic Pickleball Insoles that are super cushioned. Well, not one of them are as effective as these for the heel pain from plantar fasciitis. These reduce the pain to near zero. Combined with basic stretching and I'm almost pain free. Amazing! The one drawback with these is that they are thick. So your foot does lift inside the shoe, and if it was a tight fit to begin with, then these may not work for you. But for me, Babolat Jet Mach 4 run on the looser side and these work extremely well. I also like New Balance basketball shoes for pickleball and these are working well for me in them too. Lastly, in the past, I've had Achilles tendonitis. These insoles do have enough heel lift to keep that at bay as well. So again, I'm very glad to have found these. AND being 50% less than the "name brands" doesn't hurt either! I may stock up in case they're discontinued, which does seem to happen with these off brand Chinese imports.

Good
These were only good for 1.5 months for me. I wore them daily for 2 hours and after 1.5 months I felt like it’s not making any difference.

Solid Support, But Not a Magic Fix for Everyone
I’ve been using these PCSsole plantar fasciitis insoles for a few weeks now, mostly in my work boots and occasionally in sneakers when traveling. I deal with mild heel pain and flat feet, so I was mainly looking for something that could give better arch support without making my shoes uncomfortable. First impression: these are definitely firm. Not soft like gel inserts you find in drugstores. The arch support is noticeable right away, especially if you’re not used to structured insoles. The “220+ lbs heavy duty” claim seems accurate in the sense that they don’t flatten out easily, even after long days on my feet. What worked well for me: * The arch support is strong and consistent. It actually holds your foot in place instead of just cushioning it. * Heel cushioning is decent. Not overly soft, but it absorbs impact better than standard insoles. * Good for long standing hours. I’ve used them during travel days and when walking a lot, and they reduced fatigue compared to stock insoles. * They fit well in work boots without sliding around. That said, there are some trade-offs. What didn’t work as well: * Break-in period is real. The first few days felt uncomfortable, almost too rigid. If you’re expecting instant relief, that might not happen. * Not ideal for tight shoes. These are thicker than average, so they can make snug shoes feel cramped. * Arch might be too aggressive for some people. If your feet are sensitive or you have low tolerance for pressure, this could feel like too much. * They don’t “cure” plantar fasciitis. They help manage pain, but they’re not a standalone solution. From a practical standpoint, I found these most useful in: * Work boots or shoes with removable insoles * Travel days with lots of walking * Situations where you’re standing for long periods Less useful for: * Lightweight running shoes * Casual slip-ons or tight-fitting footwear Value for money is fair. They’re not cheap, but they also don’t feel like a disposable product. Compared to constantly buying soft insoles that wear out quickly, these feel more durable and structured, which justifies the price a bit. Overall, I’d say these are a good option if you specifically need firm arch support and can handle a short adjustment period. If you’re looking for something soft and immediately comfortable, this probably isn’t it.

Arch isnt high enough
The heel cushion is nice on these but the arch isnt high enough or doesnt go far back to my heel enough. Sof sole is the only brand that has worked for me thus far. My podiatrist recommended it.

Finally a good sole that helps my flat foot condition
I wear steel toe boots for work, these soles have worked wonders, specifically helped my flat foot condition. They feel confortable and so far I've worn them for 6 months and still are holding up so yes you algo get good fit and durability both in one product. Im hoping they last throughout the year, so far so good I am 100% satisfied with quality and value.

Thick, but they are the best insoles I've tried.
These are the best insoles I've ever worn. I started experiencing plantar fasciitis and these helped immensely! I even switched between Dr. Sholls and these are by far the best. It does make your insole much higher, so I recommend removing the insoles you shoes came with so your feet fit inside your shoes. I combine these with Hokas and I'm walking like a rock star now. I plan to order a few more for my other pairs of shoes.

Ottime
