When I went to remove the stuffer from its box. The legs to the stand are so sharp you need gloves. I had to take it to my shop and grind down the edges! I cleaned it up with hot soap and the SS had a nice finish on it. I loaded it up with meat. Stuff summer sausage. When I was done it left about 1.5” in the bottom. Roughly 2 lbs. maybe in the big world that would be fine, not for my set up. This machine is made out of heavy material/STainless steel. I would have gave this machine a better rating if it didn’t leave so much meat in the bottom of it!

I used the 20L stuffer ONCE!! It worked excellent for about 35#'s then the CHEAPp TACK WELDS on the top of the plunger that holds the Gasket in place broke. Nobody responded when I reached out to find out where to get replacement parts. I have to come out of pocket to get it welded properly otherwise the stuffer would be useless and I will be out over $700!! Very UPSET & DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

I used this machine it would stuff about 2” of sausage and the Oliver would reverse and go up would have to press and release the foot petal multiple times to stuff a link is sausage
