InnoMax Pro Max Heavy Duty Stand-Up Waterbed Safety Liner, Queen

I bought this when I replaced my waterbed mattress. The corners of my old one had holes and would no longer contain a leak. This one is much heavier vinyl and shoul hold up better. The description said it was 9" tall and I was worried it wouldn't work in my 8 1/2" tall bed frame, but the stiffened in it was only 8" tall, so I was able to scrunch it down at the bottom and make it work. Taping the top in place while filling the waterbed as someone suggested was definitely a good idea. I was concerned at first because there seemed to be air in the sides of the liner making it bubble at the top as I filled it, but that disappeared after a couple days. One thing I love about this liner is that it has a somewhat rubbery texture and my sheets stay tucked in.

This liner fully lives up to the description in the listing. It fits a California Queen perfectly, the seams all look like they'll hold up (unlike the one I had before), and the sides are stiff enough to make it easy to install. I did what I usually do when installing a waterbed liner -- I use clear, 2-inch packaging tape all the way around to secure the top edge of the liner to the waterbed frame and smooth the liner out as much as possible before putting the mattress in it.

I had a very old liner that was all messed up. I just moved and before putting the bed back together decided to buy a new liner. Good thing I did as during the move the bed acquired a few holes and was leaking. This liner worked great and there was a pool of water sitting in it, but not a drop below it. The only complaint is the walls and side liner aren't to great. The walls don't stand up to great so I suggest taping to edge while filling bed. The side liner I mean the side piece has a crease on the bottom and isn't straight, so water sits in there if you have a leak, and you have to find it to get it out.

This liner has lived up to my expectations. I wanted a good liner in case my waterbed got a leak, and though that has not happened, the liner is substantial enough to protect me against that happening. The liner sides will not stand up on their own, and I haven't seen one that does and I didn't expect it to stand up on it's own. I used tape to hold it up while I filled my waterbed. I had to pull on the liner a few times to keep it straight while filling, and it did not rip or give way. The vinyl is fairly thick and I think I made a good choice with this liner.

Since we were having to break down the old water bed to give it to my daughter I decided no time like the present to put new materials in it. I've slept in water beds since I was 12. So I've seen liners come and go. This is by far the best liner I've ever seen. It's thick and well made. I will definitely purchase this again when the need arises.

Nice product but overpriced. And because there is not a huge market as not may have waterbeds any more you are stuck paying the high price.

Liners just like these sell for at least twice as much in most other stores. Heavy gauge vinyl, fits my waterbed frame corner to corner, and is taller than my old one. I replace my liner every time I replace my water mattress. That happens about every 10-15 years.
