This line of supplements is not called Beverly Hills MD for nothing. The PLUMP + FIRM Advanced Collagen Booster comes in a beautiful little box with glossy paper and shiny accents. It comes in a cute little plastic canister with a sophisticated label that looks like it might hold expensive face cream. In a sense, that is what this is marketed as - only for internal use. So, stylistically, this is an A+. If you have the means, go for it. It mixes easily, tastes great, and is packed with lots of goodies. You get basically a B-complex vitamin, some antioxidant-rich fruit extracts, and then 2.5 g of branded collagen peptides billed as "bioactive." Per serving. You get 30 servings in a can. Do the math. Again, if you have the means, it's an interesting supplement that will probably give you some health benefits. As far as the claims on the label, that is another story. My concern is that for the money, you only get the 2.5 g of collagen. You can get a lot more for a lot less, albeit without the fancy packaging and other stuff mixed in. If you want an all-in-one sort of drink mix that tastes really good in just water, this will be a great choice. If you are in it for the collagen, you can get a lot more plain bovine collagen for your buck.

It contains a small bit of collagen, but it mainly supports collagen production in the body. I really like the tart raspberry/lemonade flavor. It's sweet, but not over the top. It reminds me of a sweet and sour sensation. Quite palatable! Plump + Firm is a fun way to get collagen friendly nutrients. There's even a proprietary blend of fruit phytonutrients. Suggested use is 1 scoop per 6-8 ounces of water. It's quick and fast and feels energizing to drink. I feel drink mixes of this nature really do help me look and feel younger. It's been several months I have tried this product, and it did nothing to tighten my wrinkles. I am not noticing any difference. I think this was a waste of my money.

Upon opening this collagen supplement, I noticed that it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye as far as containers go. The tamper proof seal was well attached and provided the security and reassurance nobody has tampered with the supplement. After opening the powder is all separate granules, no clumps or pockets of weird stickiness. There is a small added scoop that comes inside the collagen container and one scoop per 8 oz of water is all you need. I personally enjoy drinking water, so I did not like the strong flavor. It's a wonderful raspberry lemonade flavor and taste great, it's just too much for me. I drink my water out of a 30oz tumbler and 1 scoop of this collagen powder gives the perfect light and refreshing flavor, I do not mind drinking at all. So overall, it is a win win. I haven't noticed a huge, dramatic difference in my skin after drinking every day for a week and a half, but I have notice small youthful visual difference. My skin looks brighter and seems perkier, if that makes sense. I am pleased with the "so far" results after a 9-day difference, taste, smells and dissolves great. 5 Stars in book!

This supplement tastes surprisingly good. It isn't overly sweet and I like that it contains stevia and not sugar. It has a high amount of Biotin ( as well as other vitamins and minerals) and a blend of collagen. I have tried other collagen mixes and this is a lot easier to get down. The only real issue is that is does not dissolve easily and can get sludgy. And it does contain wheat for those who are gluten intolerant.
