The Hollow City (A Network Tale)

Decent read for a first book from a new author. The flow of the story could use a little work including an explanation of the setting as some concepts are just implied to be understood especially for those not familiar with Boston like the author, some moments are somewhat predictable while others had no lead up of dramatic irony, and I had a hard time feeling invested in the characters for a majority of the book. Still interested to see the second installment.

Great story, fast paced read.

This is a very good book from a new author. The premise, story and visuals are solid. There are some scenes that could use better descriptions of the action but it doesn't interfere with the enjoyment of the story. Casey does a great job of accomplishing what a science fiction story should do, by presenting a new and compelling reality with interesting characters. I look forward to reading the next one!

Casey’s first novel delivers. It’s well paced and enthrals with interesting characters and gripping glimpses into a possible not-so-distant future. There is much to relate to here, and I very much look forward to what Sean has in-store for book two. Well done!

I read this book in one evening. I should have been going to sleep, but I couldn't put the book down. This is a great book and story from this new author. I look forward to continuing the series with him and his characters.Thank you Sean for this book.
