The company is extremely transparent. You can view ingredients in all of their products online. I would recommend trying different flavors because certain people like certain things. This is not exactly like vaping but you can adjust the air flow for resistance so you have that pulling sensation. I like the mint for sure. I haven't tried the other flavors. There are people who make their own cores or refill them, but I choose to continue supporting this company because of their purity and transparency. There are no extremely vague things on their list like "natural flavors," etc. very awesome concept. I may down the line make my own cores to add to the aromatherapy aspect, but for now I'm sticking to the plan. This, along with a nicotine patch set, is definitely easing the process for quitting my one and only vice.

Well made and easy to use no batteries to charge
I gave it a 4 cause the real test will come in about 2 to 3 weeks when the withdraws come from stopping, I like it so far and like how the flavors are not over powering.

Love it
With the mixed reviews here, I was so uncertain if I would like this product. But, I love it! The flavor and scent of each core is awesome. The fum itself is well-made. It's good for fidgeting. It's really easy to use and comfortable to hold. So far, I'm really glad I bought it.

No need to be under any delusions here, this object is meant to keep your hands busy and offer an alternative for oral fixations. It does all that and in a tasty way no less. I saved about $15 by buying this off Amazon in this case, but if you want an additional barrel or other accessories you will have to go to their site.The flavors are all interesting and having them all to try in this set is pretty nice for ordering in the future. I’d say try it if you are quitting smoking/vaping. It can’t hurt, and I was a two-pack a day guy for years.
