The Best Protein I Have Ever Tried
I rarely (if ever) post reviews on things, but I felt that this product was different. No, I am not getting paid or sponsored by anyone, let alone Naked. But this protein powder has honestly been a game changer for me. I was very underweight. I am 5'10" and when I started taking this I was 125 lbs. Of course, I started working out (weightlifting only, no cardio) at the same time that I started taking this. After 18 months of taking this, I am up 40 lbs. Of course I have been eating "healthier" since I started my working out journey. But still, I eat semi-normal from Monday to Friday and on the weekends I eat all kinds of junk. I take this powder (with whole milk) every day from Monday to Friday, which is the days that I work out. If you have an incredibly fast metabolism like me and have always struggled to gain weight, this shake is a must. It's clean, you don't feel bloated afterwards, and you don't get digestive issues since it doesn't have any artificial junk. On a side note, get the unflavored one. The flavored ones are incredibly high in sugar. The unflavored one only has 21 grams of sugar (which seems a lot, but it really isn't after burning it during a workout). Instead of taking all 24 oz of milk with 4 scoops, what I do is that I divide them. I take 12 oz of milk and add 2 scoops before working out and then take the rest after working out. This way it gives me an energy boost to endure my workout. Also, I don't do any extreme exercises. Just standard weightlifting at home. I have a bench press and 2 adjustable dumbbells (from Bowflex) and I do a full body workout throughout the week. One of the things I said to myself at the beginning was that I wasn't going to be a slave to be eating all day long to eat my necessary macros. Thanks to this powder, I only eat 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and take the shake as a "snack" before and after working out. It's a huge help to fill in any nutritional gaps you don't get through food. I have seen some people in the reviews say that they are not noticing any difference after a week or two of using this product. Keep in mind bulking up takes more than that. It takes months. And so does this product (like any other protein powder). If you also want to take it to increase muscle mass, keep in mind taking this and not working out won't give you any results. You have to take this + work out. On the contrary, you can gain weight (from fat) and spike up your blood sugar (due to its high carb and sugar content) if you don't do any sort of exercise, whether that be cardio or weightlifting (or any other sort). Finally, I like that it doesn't contain any harmful stuff. This is something you would have to take every day to see results, so consuming something that is clean and sustainable is crucial. I did a lot of research on protein powders and I wanted to make sure I wasn't putting crap into my body that could be harmful long-term. Hope this helps somebody who's having questions or doubts about this.

I got fat. But in a good way
I got fat but I wasn't working out, soooo there is that. But twice a day 3 to 4 scoops in a 160mg caffeine coffee was the perfect start to a morning held me over till lunch. No bloating or any stomach pain. Also I went regularly so definitely 5 stars will buy again once I can get off my lazy butt

IT ACTUALLY WORKS
I have struggled to gain weight for years. This stuff kick started me to gaining weight. I’m 5’5 120 pounds soaking wet, I started drinking three of these a day and I’m now up to 128 pounds in a few weeks! It is all about calorie intake I will say. I’m not a big eater but staying on a 3500 calorie a day diet has worked wonders for me!

You have all been lied to about this product - Please read before buying!
I've been using Naked Mass for over a year now, trusting their ingredients, serving sizes, and scoop counts. However, their newest product shows they recently changed their label from 4 scoops (333g) per serving to 7 scoops (333g) — with the same nutritional info and same size scoop. This raised a red flag, so I decided to weigh it myself. Here’s what the photos show:Old formula: 4 scoops at 51g each = 204g totalNew formula: 7 scoops at 48g each = 336g totalThe new version finally lines up with the stated serving size of 333g.But the old version was way off — under-delivering by 129g per serving. The old serving size was almost 40% less than what was advertised — that's nearly half the promised amount missing. And it gets worse- Both tubs claim 11 servings per container, but if the scoop size is practically the same and they increased the number of scoops per serving, that makes no sense. Either they magically added powder to the container (they didn’t), or they’ve been manipulating the math all along to make it seem consistent. It's just not honest. This isn’t a small mistake. This feels like either gross incompetence or outright deception to stretch the product and cut costs. It also means they'e been letting their customers (including myself) significantly under-dosing on calories, carbs, and protein this whole time. For a product marketed as a mass gainer, that’s unacceptable. If they had been honest and reasonable about the scoops and serving sizes from the beginning, this would actually be a fantastic product. The chocolate flavor tastes fine as it’s not overly sweet, and I even like to blend it with milk, banana, and peanut butter for extra calories. It dissolves fine in my blender and my gut is also fine after taking this product. But to expect people to consume 7 scoops per serving now is absurd — it’s unrealistic and impractical with how large these scoops are! It also does not financially make sense either for what you get out of this mass gainer.Either they fixed a mistake they thought we wouldn’t notice, or they’ve been scamming customers all along. Extremely disappointed and I’m done with this brand.
